Can't log in because password expired, can't change password because it tries to send verification text to wrong phone number, bank says phone number is correct when it clearly isn't. This has been going on for literally years now, since before the pandemic. Bank doesn't care (they say it is a developer issue), developer doesn't care (they say it is an issue with the bank). Nothing gets fixed. TL;DR don't use this app/bank if you have to change your phone number, everything WILL break.
I upgraded my phone to the new Samsung S22 Ultra and now the app doesn't work. I've forced stopped it, uninstalled it and everything I could think of and it still will not work. The app opens but the logo is very little on a white screen and it freezes the screen where I have to force it closed.
This app used to work on my new Samsung S22+, however it was updated recently and does not start other than the logo screen. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled but no change. Fix your app please!

Great app but not getting notifications whenever a transaction has been conducted is not convenient at all so hopefully in near future customers are able to get notified whenever they swipe their cards.
I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't keep logging me out everytime there's some update and not letting me log back in. How about a notification as to when an update is going to happen? So we know when we can't use the app.
Constantly have to reset my password
Its ridiculous how often this app needs to be updated and how it requires more space each time...horrible...i can never handle my business with ease...every month there is an issue or an update required...pathetic
This is a much better app than the old version, or should I say both old version as you had to have a separate app for mobile deposits.
Recently upgraded as well to the s22 ultra and i can never seem to get the app to load. Please fix this!
Sometimes it stalls but not often. In fairness it could be the phone or the internet too. Ya never know. No other complaints!

I like it. Very clear and easy. Would be nice to receive notice of transactions posted to the account.
They've removed the external transfer functionality. I used to be able to transfer money from an account at another bank but now I can't.
This awesome,making mobile banking user friendly. I can use my fingerprints now & transaction seems effortless.

What is the logic behind "system maintenance" during peak times? For example, 6pm to 10pm weekdays and weekends!! This has happened so many times that I now have to find another banking institution.
Have been a member for so many years. They give the best low interest rates. I'm a very happy customer!
This version is way better than their last. Glad they redid it, even if app was down for awhile.
This App is very simple to use and allows me to handle all of the functions necessary to manage my account.

App locks up when requesting verification code. I click "allow" to let the app read the code, but then it says "Request to read SMS denied". I cannot click anything on the screen to enter the code manually.
