The app lost all me information when I logged in and won't save it now either!
Absolutely awful, I assume your install files are corrupt or you have completely failed to update your apps programming for Android 9. I attempted to install twice and both installs were corrupt or something because I only saw the initial splash screen and then the app crashes every time. Hope you get this fixed.
Worthless garbage. My insurance made this completely free to use and it's still not worth it. Appointments randomly get cancelled without any prior notification or ways to contact them and inquire about why. Don't waste your time. ESPECIALLY if your insurance doesn't cover it.
App does not work! I have downloaded twice as I prefer using MeMD to traditional medicine for certain health issues and I don't always have access to my laptop when I need to use MeMD. I thought this app would be great to have so I could access MeMD anywhere but I can't access MeMD at all with this app. Very disappointed!
Amazing app. I was dealing with a severe sinus infection for five days. Making the appointment was easy, the call was easy and same day prescription was easy. And it was all very affordable. Thank you so much for your help!
I work out of state, so this is basically my only option if I get sick. Only used it once so far, worked great. Really convenient way to get meds for something you are pretty positive of what it is.
Terrible! Video call is cut off and never work. When you press back it logs you off. Does not retain login info ever!
So if you have a problem I just discovered that if you go on Google and Google memd you can go to their website to contact them. They got my insurance added and my copays is now $0.
I have an android and keep getting a system error when i try to open the app once it is downloaded.
Well, I can't use the app anymore cause it wants me to an update that doesn't exist. I'm here at the Google play store to update. Instead, I'll write this 1 star review. Unacceptable service.
App just crashes. Tried to access the website and it doesn't load.
The app is always broken and never works ! Need to fix asap!
I entered the wrong code for my insurance and now there are no options to fix this mistake or contact support.
For those of you looking for an update you have to remove the old app and reinstall this one

I had a horrible problem with my chest for a few days. I went to an Urgent Care and also the Emergency Room, and no one had a clue what was wrong with me. I used MeMD and had an answer from the doctor they connected me with within an hour of calling. He just asked the right questions. I'll definitely make this my first stop from now on.

Not sure what to think. App will not work. Installed the first time and got a connection error, reinstalled twice and still not working.

Worst app ever.... most of the app doesn't load correctly. When I go to fill out my profile information it won't let me fill in my birthday or my state. When I click on "request a visit" it opens up and asks to select a patient.... with nothing to actually select. Even tried the website thinking it was an app issue, nope that is just as janky. Do better.
