Memorize - Diary, Journal, Mood Tracker

It doesn't get much better than this folks! First and foremost, this app is FREE 100%, and the features you get with it are incomparable. I've seen paid apps that don't even offer half of the features Memorize does. No annoying ads or pop ups trying to get you to buy. A sleek, easy to use interface with the ability for different fonts, colors, etc. You can add voice notes, pictures, even little doodles. You can also have the app read your entry to you out loud. I will be a lifelong user!

This app has all the features a great diary app needs! It is also user friendly and the design is neat. The only thing I wish for is that posts show the pictures through a slideshow, instead of having to scroll down through the post. If one of the images were showing in it's full, it could have an icon showing you how many pictures the post contains in total. The image could be clickable. The text of the post could be shown below the image. I think that would look and feel nicer. :)

Perfect journaling app. Have not had any issues and been using full version for over a year. Tried others but this one is a keeper! Beautiful design, intuitive and easy to use, has everything I've been looking for to make journaling easy for me. Please don't add too much junk like inspirational/motivational stuff or other bloat features. There are many of those out there. I love it as simple as possible.

Great App! I'd like to make a feature suggestion though. (That is, if I'm not overlooking anything. This app is pretty feature packed.) Anyways, my suggestion is the ability to scale images in reading view. Perhaps to ability to tap on the image to enlarge. Images taking up the entire screen kind of takes away from the reading experience when looking at past entires.

Exactly what I was looking for... Am using it for taking notes for my studies... It works best that I can add links to texts, images, audio, highlight, bold, italic, and change colours of the font. Even Categorise and tag. Export as pdf. There is just one bug that text to speech doesn't work when you insert color, bold codes at the start... And it would be greatly appreciated if you make the text highlight when you search for it... It just shows the memory and we have to manually do it. Thanks.

The description does not lie. Memorize is an extraordinary app. It looks simple at first but it has all the features you need - tags, categories, unlimited photos, font styles, dark mode, text-to-speech so your diary entry will be read to you, passcode, backup sync, intuitive navigation bar and more. And it's all free! My only issue is the main screen looks bland. Maybe you can change the design so that the entries can form a cute timeline. Still, probably the best free diary app out there!! ☆

Magical!!! LOVE this app! Journal and memory keeper of my dreams. Look no further - this app does it all. Super easy interface with lots of options to configure to your preference with password security. Feel like I am 8 years old again writing in my journal in the old fashion journal books with lock and key. Makes me feel like I am a kid again - magical!!!! Out of all apps I use, this is my personal fave.

Best journal app I've used and I would even recommend this for school notetaking. The app is sometimes glitchy when it comes to line spacing. Sometimes the spacing overlaps as I'm typing which is annoying. But this is a free and wonderful app. They don't spam me with ads, there's features for picture, list, table, audio, etc. Love it! ❤️ Edited: Thanks for telling me about that. Amazing product with a robust free version and (thank God finally) the ability to do a single lifetime purchase of premium. I think to take this app to the next level the ability to streamline entries is necessary. Quick activity add buttons like its major competition Dailyo are seriously missed. In addition, due to the lack of quick adds, a desktop app would be amazing. All in all, a fantastic app that has everything, but is a little more work than some people may be able to deal with.

Streamlined, multi-functional app; features are exactly what I need - able to make entries under multiple categories, which is great for a creative writer trying to get into the habit of journaling. The only issue I had was when I tried to sync the app on my Chromebook w/app on Android - I think the multiple backups may have caused the issue...I wasn't using the one on my phone as much, and removing it solved the issue. Uninstalling and re-installing caused no data loss on Chromebook app.

Great way to journal on the go. It helps you get your thoughts in order and capture great memories. Overall the best journal app for Android. I'm looking for an audio journal that records and then plays back in audio, also backs up to Google Drive. No ads is a plus here. It's a true distraction free journal application. Even though I'm used to writing about my days this captures each moment. It has a lot of features. I should take time to learn all it offers. The more I use the more I like it.

Nice and journaling app with a plain, customizable interface, with tags, categories, map and several sorting options. The interface has a distinctive style and logic: love it or hate it. Although the free version is pretty complete, it feels limited due to restrictions on some obvious functionality. You can't use coloured themes, so dark mode is stuck with a very dull, dark appearance. The unlimited version costs €17, which is quite steep for a journal app.

When I try to "delete Moods only" I get "This action is not supported", please fix that. I've got ADHD so I've tried so many of these kinds of apps but this one is the best so far and the price for premium is fair but can you add a proper checklist feature, give the option to sort by last modified, move notes individually and most importantly search words within a single note? Then I'd be perfect for me and people who don't want to use multiple journal, note keeping or shopping list apps.

Great UI, handles well. Very customisable but lets you choose your preferred settings, and only then tells you it's a premium feature (which almost all settings are). Should make this clear - we can't memorise which can be changed and which can't! Premium is too expensive for me to consider. I have an excellent notepad app and can live without the extras. Pity, I'd have wanted this if less greedy.

I've only been using this for a few days but so far I really like how easy it is to setup and use. Since I don't usually keep a journal it seems to be feature rich. It is intuitive, provides just about right amount of features and is not bloated. Even its reminders are well phrased and not intrusive. This is the perfect diary app for me. I was looking for something like this for quite a while, and finally stumbled upon Memorize. And now barely a day goes by without me writing an entry.

To get a 5th star? Add the ability to store the local data file to a phone's 'external' micro SD if one exists. That would relieve storage capacity worries. Neither OneNote or Evernote does this either. I would also like to be able to crop and downsample a Gallery photo during the insertion process as often you only need a portion of an existing shot for an entry. Along with this, the ability to paste from clipboard for phones that allow you to select only a portion of a screen.

I have tried alot of apps for traveling but not one of them has been what I personally need and want in that type of app. This one fits the bill perfectly with timeline, category, place, weather, tags, photos, etc. It has it all in an attractive interface and ease of use. I love it and will continue to use it.

I highly recommend this journal whether you're a professional or a personal journaler. It has quite a few features & can back up to Google drive or use off line as I do. Its the only one that offers different folders or categories for different entries. I also like that I have the option to keep it simple without emojis or other childish bloat. I only have the free version but that gives me more than enough to keep an attractive, stylish, private & easy to navigate journal.

Best journal app you would ever need!!!! Yes by far the best journal app I went through so far. More importantly it's among free apps without ads. The best feature is the export functionality that too in both pdf and zip for offline purpose. What else can you expect??? And being free, it has one of the best themes. Just go for it.

This is a high-powered journaling application with a lot of options. The import ability from other diary apps is great, and this is the first diary app I've seen that lets you place photos in order along your entry not cram them all at the top. Very impressive, and I expect to see this at the top of the list of journal / diary apps.

I tried a few different journal apps and settled on Memorize because it's the slickest implementation I found. I particularly like that Memorize has separate notions of "tags" and "categories", where categories are mutually exclusive labels that essentially allow you to keep multiple separate journals/logbooks in parallel, with the minimum number of screen taps I could imagine to apply a category (i.e. 2). Their freemium model is very consumer-friendly and the free version of the app is definitely usable and valuable in its own right without bombarding you with ads or prompts to upgrade every 5 minutes. After a few months, I decided to buy a lifetime membership so I could make the most of unlimited categories,, but I didn't feel forced into it. In the future, I would love to see a web/PC version that syncs with my mobile version, so I can easily copy and paste things in and out to suit my own organizational system. There are some minor improvements I'd make, like including entries with the #chocolate tag if I search for "chocolate", even if I didn't type the word chocolate in the entry itself. That said, the app is awesome overall and there are no major UX papercuts so it gets 5 stars from me without a doubt.

Even though i'm used to writing about my days this captures each moment. I should take time to learn all it has to offer. The more i use it the more I like it.It works well and doesn't skip a beat. There is flexibility in re-sorting the photos. Come back and change the date, if I entered it wrong.
