I've been with Memory Bank for three years. The app is just as consistent as its brick and mortar counterpart regarding ease of use, features, and resolve. Memory Bank's money management function is robust; thus, you can easily connect all manner of financial accounts to create an in-app hub. Lastly, throw in a clean UI for mobile check deposit and the ability to chat with customer service whom are both responsive and competent, and I am quite satisfied with my term as a Memory Bank customer.
clear, uncomplicated, visually attractive, quick and easy to use. It lacks and needs the capacity to receive travel notifications, which now must be done in real time with a live person, a process much less convenient for the customer and more expensive for the bank.
Great bank with top-notch customer service. App is simple and works well. Sometimes I have to retake photos a few times for mobile deposits, but it always works in the end.
Lots of free ATMs, good customer service via phone, chat, or email if needed. I've yet to miss having a local branch, and I don't have to deal with the big ripoff banks. I even get a little interest on checking.
So far, so good with this account so far. Don't like the hold time on the initial deposit, but I take that normal for new account holders. Hope it gets better in the future. Love the UI and the desktop UI. Hope this Bank weeks out.
Great app, simple, straightforward, and no fluff. I can see the money management that shows linked accounts like on the website.
They have an app. That's good. But the bill pay option doesn't seem to work, and the deposit check function is dodgy.
Finding out months later that there is a $15 fee every month is not something I would think a small federal bank would do. Now I am out money without any warning to these new fees. Very disappointing and want to warn others prior to joining.
The app is simple but does the trick, and Memory Bank's rates are unmatched for no requirement/no fee accounts.
The app is great but I miss the continuous balance per transaction feature. Please bring that back.

Good online bank/app, have had them for a few months and it's been solid all around. Fast and easy billpay service. Lots of alerts available to keep track of your account. Would like to be able to add external transfer accounts within the app.
