Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I think it sucks that you go into a store, they hype up the rewards program but neglect to tell you that an app is required to use the rewards. Seems like there's no way to collect on my $5 in rewards I've already earned from my visits. If there's a way to register & use this program without an app, I'll use it but if the app is required just keep it. I have too many apps on my phone already & don't have room for another one for a yogurt shop I occasionally visit.

I was told to download the app in order to redeem my points. I download the app and it doesn't work at all. Keeps giving an error message saying it timed out each time I try logging in. Need to go back to just redeeming the points at the store.

I've registered an account but when I try to log in with my phone number or email, it says "The phone number was found but is not associated with an account. Please register using the Create an Account screen." When I try to create an account it says, "The phone number is not associated with a registered account. Please try entering your card number (don't have one) or email." It's a vicious circle. Plz halp. Can view different locations but flavors in app and in store aren't the same.

The app works aside from the part of the app I want to work. I'm trying to create an account but the app won't take me to the screen where I can input the verification codes it sends me. I've tried a few times, but it just texts me the code and stays in the same page. Edit: the bug was fixed and the app works great!

The app has potential, but they need to work on it a lot. Ive noticed a few stores not showing up on the app. I would also like to see the addition of it showing what all flavors are actually at each store. It also needs to work out some bugs with adding payment methods like gift cards, lots of errors currently.

When I tried logging in it keeps thell8ng me there's a problem with the server I have had this problem for the past 3 days

I love the yogurt and this has nothing to do with the app but whenever I go to Menchies the workers stare at me weirdly and it makes me uncomfortable.

Pointless App! Does not let me create an account and repeatedly gives me an error message. There is a location right across the street from our neighborhood and wanted to take advantage of the $5 credit for downloading the app. My son and I have never been to Menchies and probably would have ended up spending a lot of time/$ throughout the year. I guess it is a blessing in disguise that the app won't work.

This app gives a JavaScript error on almost every page in the app. The feedback page does not even work. The secrion for your birthday is not user friendly. You have to back scroll to the year you were born. It can't find a store near me, even when I am standing outside the store. This is a terrible way to launch an online app campaign. Please fix this. This app is leaps and bounds better than the last one. I deleted the last app because it was useless. This new one has all the features it should; transaction history, balance reload options, reward options and just overall more pleasing to the eye. Thank you for finally updating!

I have earned 5 dollars (according to cashier at my local menchies) but because this new app is required now to use that credit at menchies it is useless. For 2 days now I have tried to create an account. Keeps saying system encountered a problem or doesn't even load at all. I don't know why we have to use an app now to gain access to our rewards. The app doesn't seem to work and because of that I couldn't use the $5 earned towards my purchase yesterday.

When I try to register my new account it just says "Some server problem has been encountered". Waited several hours and tried again, same thing. Oh also it took a long time to get to this part because the password creation screen was almost impossible to pass. Kept telling me invalid password even though it met the written requirements. I had to use a random password generator to finally get one that was valid.

i cant access the app anymore. it keeps asking my payment method and i always press cancel, but then it goes into a loading and this time. its been loading for hours. how about, stop asking for quick payment! its annoying! and im betting people don't like that! i rather pay up front. so please remove the feature its annoying and just causing an issue with the annoying bug

I like the app, just wish the payment portion would work. I've been to menchies a few times and the QR code on the app doesn't work. It charges my card when I reload it, but when the cashier goes to scan the code, nothing happens and the cashier gets an error message on their screen. Please fix this issue.

Disappointed in this app. Could be great but too many issues. I entered a payment credit card and it was saved but when I go to purchase a gift card I am directed to create a payment account. Isn't that what I did when I gave you my credit card info the first time? So I go to my credit card page and see everything is saved except the 3 digit code. I enter that and get an error message saying required fields are blank. Ugh. If the app can't do this I don't think I trust it to send someone a card.

I bought gift cards and expected I could transfer balances between cards - no ability to transfer. Interface is VERY slow - takes a couple of minutes if I need to use two gift cards for my purchase so that I can use up the balance on the one card. Scanning qr-code is hit or miss - MUCH faster to just tell the employee the phone number. Lastly and MOST important, I still had balances on some of my gift cards and update to version 1.0.12 deleted all of my gift cards.

NOT GOOD. App keeps insisting on location for it to function correctly (logically). Why? How about a SIMPLE app that gives you OPTIONS. There are people that do not want to LOG IN to apps for the purposes of DATA COLLECTION. If you dont want to enable the app to run with choices...BE UPFRONT so people can move on.

This app has not recorded any of my visits over last month. It keeps telling me to log in but there is no where to log in. It worked great when i installed a few months ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that didnt work. I love menchies and will continue to go there just not use the app.

App was easy enough to use, however I am having trouble finding how to use gift cards I add to my account when paying at menchie's stores. There is not a button to look at them, their balance is not automatically the menchie's money balance. I cannot reenter cards as it knows they're already attached to the account, and I have twitter receipts for each gift card Ive added. Can someone help

Update - I did contact them as advised and recieved no response. It's ok. They have no locations listed for favorite and after I entered my birthday it changed to today's date instead! You can't fix it either! My birthday is next month not today. There's no place for help or contact us either. You can see your points but really that's about it, otherwise it's worthless.

Laggy, buggy mess that constantly times out and freezes. EDIT: It's better now, still takes a little bit too long to load especially when you go to the map tab but at least you can use the app now.

It tells me there's a mandatory update to the app, but when I click on the "ok" it doesn't prompt me to update just takes me to play store page with option to "open". Which I click and which pops me back to app with same "mandatory update" popup. 🤷 3rd rate app. 🙄 Seriously why is this so hard? Y'all think that coding apps is some rockstar talent. Try using the effing app your editing. Lay off the Mt. Dew and Porn and do your job.

Crashes before it's even fully started. Gives nothing but errors, freezes on startup screen. Needs to be taken back down and have all bugs worked out, then put back up. Too many issues to keep installed.

I am trying to create a user name and password and it sends me a code to enter in the app. Initially so far so good with creating the user name and password. there is no "create account" button so I hit the direction button next to where I entered my information. I got a text message with a code, which was a surprise, there was no explanation that this was going to happen. The text said "enter this code in the app". Ok that in itself makes sense but I am still trying to create my account and there's no field to enter that code. I would also like to link the app with the phone number I use at my local menchies. so it seems like the app continues to have issues and there's no one to call to get immediate help.

Keeps telling me to log in. When I try with my email, phone or Menchies # it says it's not registered. And even tried to register again. Nope, nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing. Luckily I have my card or can use my phone number because if I had to depend on this app, I would never get points. It seems I am not the only one with this problem.

I downloaded the app. I clicked create acct. I put in phone number and created a password. It kept coming back as invalid password. I used 8 characters or more. I used one capital and one lower case and a number. Nothing worked. I clicked forgot password incase someone was already using my number. It said phone number not registered. PLEASE FIX. App is pointless if I can't create an account.

Whatever you did in the last update has caused the app to stop launching. It keeps requesting me to update, which is what i had done. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same problem. You've killed your app with your last update.

Seems to be working for me! Unfortunately, when you select a store and click "flavors" it just takes you to the main flavors sectuon, where they have ALL of their flavors, NOT just the ones available at the selected location at that time. So I'm not sure why that feature is even offered on the app, unless my store just isn't on the app yet... But I AM seeing my smile reward count, and it added the $5 reward to my account! Yay!

So far the app is useless. It doesn't show my birthday reward that I just received an email about the other day. It takes forever to load and when I try to click on something else, I get different error messages.
