Don't bother with this app, it's useless. Pdfs don't load, video full screen doesn't work, it's slow, when you turn your phone and want to watch the video it kicks you out to main screen without remembering where you were in watching the video. You'll have much better experience by simply going to their website on your phone. As to the content I've only started looking at it so can't comment too much. Depending on how much it's being added each month it may be worth keeping it.

The content is ok however the app is not the greatest. Not intuitive, can get extremely frustrating to use. No one responds when asking for help, I have emailed a few times with several issues and nothing. If you change your phone screen from portriat to landscape it takes you back to the home page every time. I paid extra for audio nuggets and now cannot access it via the app. The other thing is that the website and app are not synced, they don't have the same content.

I have an issue with the app itself. If I rotate the screen it takes me out of the lesson that I entered and back to the homescreen (regardless of whether I rotate from landscape to portrait or vice versa). The videos don't go to fullscreen mode and the Booklets don't open or download. Please assist. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and the newest software update, the app is also updated to the newest version. Please fix this issue, I've always paid my subscription. The content is exceptional...

GREAT idea! App performs poorly! For instance, if you move to full screen for the videos or turn the mobile device horizontal SURPRISE, the whole app goes back to the Home Screen. It shouldn't really be a surprise since loads of people mention in the comments here, but the group at Mentor Box has done zero to fix it, while "cashing the checks" of the users. I held off getting this program for some time, finally decided to get it and Mentoe Box as a whole is quite good, but the app? Terrible...

Too many functional inconveniences. I was just watching a video and changed my phone to landscape, not only did it stop the video it kicked me out to the main page. I should be able to stop and play videos via BT headphones. I'm excited for the content but the functionality of the app is still less than ideal.

this app behaves like it was written by a student in an intro to Java class. So much basic functionality missing. first 5 minites I noticed that when you pause a video it doesn't continue next time you load it. When you rotate screen, it goes back to the main menu. Thats basic programming. Restoring saved instance state. I'll fix this app for you

Hey guys, if you have engineering resources, the one bug that would make the biggest usability impact would be to not go back to the main menu when the device rotates. You have a high quality product but you're delivering it in a low quality experience. You have the sales and marketing down perfectly. The best I've ever seen. But it leaves a bad after taste when the delivery mechanism is cumbersome and broken. You're product is not just the content, but the delivery as well.

I was sooo excited to see this but its really not working. The app is beyond glitchy, theres no functions at all like favorites or a way to quickly navigate to where you were. With so many social media/tech moguls on their books youd think theyd have the app nailed. Really disapointing content too, i was expecting interactive things in there. Maybe work sheets etc but they didnt seem to materialise. Just a frozen screen that went back to the home screen if i tilted the phone. Disapointing..

Mentor box itself is a five star all day, great content and starting from the first lessons it's made a positive impact on my life. I would rate the app itself lower though for some technical frustrations, though it could be my phone. Changing screen orientation backs back out to the home page and it won't mark videos I've viewed in app as finished. I would highly recommend joining, but did have that feedback for the app itself.

This app is not user friendly. If it was not for the content, I would have cancelled years ago. When prompted to download an audio session, it does not work *anymore*. I use it while jogging. When using the full audio option, it does not continously play. Extrenely disruptive. Please, fix the app!

Meh. The app reproduces the content of the website but with extra bugs added. Dropdown menus don't scroll. Switching from vertical to horizontal or vice versa resets the app to the home page, even if you're in the middle of watching a video. Just use the website.

This app pisses me off and puts me off watching the content. It's been a year now. I keep subscribing in hope that that'll fix it. But honestly who programmed this app. Who is dealing with customer complaints? No one it seems as I don't get no response. When you turn the screen it gets you out and don't remember where you was. No full screen feature? Seriously how stupid's that? Doesn't remember where you last left the video, have to start all over again. Doesn't download pdf's. Amateur designer

I like the content but i cant download a single booklet or cheatsheet with the app which is half the learning experience. I have to use the actual website which is kinda dumb. The app is a pain to use also with very little options. I was sold but now i dont know. It just really needs fixed. Great potential.

Everything everyone else said is true. This app is a border-less web browser without the ability to control media like you would hope. You cannot full screen videos without the browser sending you back to the home screen. You cannot view PDF without first downloading them. This is a hack.

As a product it is great. The videos / audio plus cheat sheets are a great combination for rapid learning. But the app is glitchy as hell. I have much more luck accessing content through their mobile site.

May end my subscription after my first month. Good content. Horrible delivery. Always stops and you cant pick up where you left off. If you close out of the app, you cant get back to the audio you was on. or anyways to pause. Work books dont work. So glad I didn't pay for a year.

Improve this app. Even small startups have great apps nowadays. Your whole idea is video lessons and it does not work seamlessly. Looks like web version with application icon. Back button is not working properly. Contents do not load. App hangs and screen flickers heavily with some functions.

App is too basic, not enough features. With bugs. I didn't find the content and "experts" as interesting. Video quality needs improvement. We'll give it another shot next year as the idea is good.

Seems like the app was made for PC and not for mobile phones. If we compare this to a water delivery system; the content is like water in storage, and the app is like a malfunctioning water meter that works and sometimes doesn't work.

I'll give the service an honest 1 star and that is the extent of what the service and technology deserve. Usability of the app is 2010 at best. No update or upgrades to usability. Books listed and authors are second grade coaches at best. Most of them, after laboring through watching their unprofessionally put together content/advice, are not qualified to offer the advice in the first place. All the content here is available on YouTube for free. Do not be duped into purchasing.

Horrible user experience, just can't understand how such a great idea can be represented in such a terrible application. No full screen and getting back to the home screen when you rotate the phone are a bummer.

I have tried it for 7 days. first of all, i am not fun of Tai Lopez, so I try to avoid anything he does. For the app, you don't have a huge selection of books, so if the writer of the book died already or he does't want to work with mentorbox, you won't see his book, so I guess the idea is a big failure, I would go with an app that just summerizes the book for me, no need for video or owner of the book to be there. yeah, business is hard guys, even the most experienced people can fail.

The app does not save my progress. The previous lessons reappear as not having watched, which gets confusing when fsrther into the course. Sometimes I watch the same clip again before realizing it should have been marked as done.

Please update the app. Small glitches here and there. I feel like im getting ripped off with the slow load on the app. It keeps freezing. Some ads show books that are not even on MentorBox e.g "ATOMIC HABITS"- James Clear. So please fix issue as i am subscribed not not getting it's worth.

The videos are super glitchy in this app. They freeze a lot and don't play. Great concept I wish it work better really has great downloads. But once you start a book it would find it again

There is no way to bookmark the book you are going through, you have to type it in search every time to look it up. I feel like they did not focus group this app at all before launching. If this company is going to survive I believe that they should address these comments and let us know that they are working on these issues. I love the idea, it could be very successful (which is why I signed up), but the technical issues could also take them out if they don't fix them fast.

Please invest in this app. Video viewing has issues switching modes, the progress for each lesson does not update accordingly. This is my first day using the app, I hope that you will make this a priority to provide exceptional worth to what I see as a potenially phenomenal product for business and learning.

The app sucks big time. The content doesn't load, wrong content on certain books and not mobile friendly. The concept is good but i hope they add more books quickly and address the flaws of the mobile app.

Very bad developed app, cannot see full desktop content, cannot rotate cellphone as it returns to homepage, cannot save your current courses, and cannot add interesting ones to wishlist. That's a shame.

worst app ever, don't bother downloading, the app refreshes when the phone is rotated, full screen doesn't work, you have to login every time, it won't remember your courses.
