It's so hard to describe how hard this application and company fails at everything they need to be good at. The application itself is one of the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely terrible UI/UX, riddled with bugs and, at times, non-functional. The customer service is virtually non-existent. And the food is always late! There is a reason why everyone I have met picks his restaurant and food from menu.am website, and then calls the restaurant directly to not have to deal with menu.am.
Indian here, great experience from service and menu support, if you have to order food , it's necessary to from menu, I'm from 2017 , I experienced great support from for foreigners,
User experience is quite poor 1. The app forces you to select address in order to proceed which is ridiculous 2. When you try ro change your address it empties your cart 3. You can't manually enter your address if it is not recorded on their map, so you have to choose the map and select the wrong address in the neighbourhood 4. The app is slow 5. No scroll bar in the menus (which is especially handy when the list is long) 6. Bad and tasteless site design 7. Support phone is always busy
The worst delivery application ever, I ordered flowers in advance and after that, they told me that they can't deliver them on time. Thankfully, I had friends who went to that flower shop and got the flowers. Horrible service, never going to use this again.
Menu.am can't manage deliveries. Many times it happened to me. For example In the app it says delivery time is 35 to 45 minutes but I receive the package after 90 minutes. And this is after 3 manual follow ups from my side.! And this is when i am charged 1000 drams for delivery!!! Shockingly bad at managing deliveries...
Delivery is wildy unpredictable. Tracker will show when order accepted by menu, the restu, then when driver has arrive at restu, and when he's on their way. It doesn't work, or drivers are taking hours to deliver. OR more likely menu isn't reporting accurately. Waiting over 1.5 hrs for your order is not normal. Sorry. Its not. You're great, but please fix the delivery/interaction funnel.
Delivery fee is ridiculously big. Plus, the app is not user friendly. If you search a restaurant you just have to swipe a loooong line to find the one you wanna order. Why not just list them? The products/dishes
There is a problem in the application, It is about when I open it, there is no any thing appear, and when I search about restaurants, it is just loading, without any final result. In general the application is very good 'shat lav'. Emm.. I am waiting for your repair
Literally worst app I have had the misfortune of using. It is so unbelievably slow that I could turn in my laptop, watch an entire movie, then open the browser version of menu.am and still be quicker than ordering through this terrible app
UX is weak. You can't just veiw a dish and go to previous page without loosing you position. Search bar is annoying, coursor is not shifting to the end of the word after clicking it second time.
The worst... Absolutely the worst service ever ... They can't figure out why when I order with my application that it is registered with my phone number but they call someone else's number just cause it's on the same address even after numerous times of warning them with the issue...
We ordered food for takeaway through menu.am and for the third time in the last 1.5 months the ordered was not transferred to the restaurant. We appreciate your aplogies but sorry does not cut it anymore. Extremely unprofessional service. Maybe it's time to try other food delivery services.

Always delayed or not in stock. Quick to take orders but extremely slow to deliver.. Up to 3 hours delivery time if you're lucky! Extremely dishonest about deliveries times and will blame the weather probably even on a perfect sunny day judging by the other reviews! Would not recommend at all. There are far more efficient food delivery apps in Yerevan.
Armenia really needs to develop a lot of things and such apps are just an example that makes it clear. They will call you before sending the order to the store and sometimes they doesn't call as well and you will see that the order is still in pending for over 3 hours. I have used Zomato and Foodpanda in my country India. They're so swift and user friendly which bring the orders in your doorstep in 30 minutes that makes me feel like Armenian systems are really three decades far from the others,
Worst experience ever. Waiting for more than 2:30 hours for my order, which was expected to reach me in 40 minutes (did not arrive yet). Absolutely not possible to reach operators either through web or app or with a telephone.
Push notifications never stop coming. After the order is complete, this stupid app continues to send push notifications until you finally get fed up and delete it. I have reported the issue previously directly to the support. Deleting again.
App is awful. UI/UX are crazy, they made app extremely uncomfortable. Takes hours to deliver. They said they can't make a connection with restaurant. I requested a refund. Still waiting for a refund, 48 hours past.
There is a constant problem where I can't view any restaurant or shop whatsoever. I re-installed the app several times and the issue persists, can you please look into this? Possibly being experienced by other users too.
No filtering, sorting options (closed, open, etc.
2hrs & 46 minutes for a delivery! You can imagine how hot the dishes were... 2nd & the last order!! First was late and frozen too. I bet there are alternatives out there.
Great service, but long delivery times of up to 2hrs. I do think that depends on traffic at the time of the order.
Great app, their people do their best! Please add vegan/vegeterian menus. and make the staff read the additional information (ap/code/floor). They have to call me and ask me all the time, despite having mentioned. I will raise to 5 star once that happens :) and please add a feedback report so we eon't have to write this here. great job!
I had a good experience with menu for the most part. You can always expect a 1 hour delivery time no matter how close you live to the restaurant, menu will not get there any faster. I have used the app for more than a year now and suddenly they will not take any of my card payments. I even contacted my bank, and my bank said it's an issue with menu. I told menu this and they refused to make any effort to help me or fix the problem. Now I'm forced to Uninstall the app and switch to Glovo.
