Here's how this app works: you place an order, the app messages a call centre, they call the restaurant. This incredibly inefficient process becomes highly problematic when they're busy. Save yourself some trouble and the restaurant some money and just call the restaurant yourself.
Too many bugs on the checkout stage. Missing a lot of good stuff, like delivery times and search could be done much better. Crashes frequently. Terrible app.
It is just ok app, need lot of improvement and delivery time has to be improved. World over, the companies are delivering food within a time range of 40 to 45 mins.
Very bad app, you will order the won't get your order. The service can only look up the order by the phone number. And not like every normal app but the name or by the order number. Use glovo or wolt much better. You can see how long is the delivery and you can use chat, this app belongs to 2007 very bad. I waited 1.30 hours and i am very very hungry.
Very irresponsible customer service. They are always late, food arrives cold. One could take a good nap before the order is delivered. ხშირად აგვიანებენ. საშინელი მომსახურება აქვთ. შეკვეთა გაციებული მოაქვთ.
We ordered from Wendy's which is on 10 minute ride from our hotel - LUCKY, we waited for 1 hr and 20 minutes , we called 4 times after the waiting time expired (which was 30-40 min according to app), and the last time we called they told us that Wendy's closed (closed 3 minutes before the call) and we will get no delivery. They charged ammount from the card tho, still waiting for refund. Do NOT reccomend.
Ordered twice, the first time the delivery was really late and the driver couldn't find the address without help and multiple phone calls. The second time the food didn't even arrive.
This app has some of the worst UX I have seen. It never finds my address and tyere is no way of manually adjusting the address to the right one.
I suggest not to use this app and I'll tell you why: 1.the minimum requirement for order was 15 Gel, now has become 30 Gel 2. Once i ordered food and it never came + i was charged 3.very expensive for delivery's fee, imagine paying 5 Gel extra for delivery while other companies delivery cost 3 gel or free with subscription.
Horrible service. Takes 1-1.5 hours at least and mistakes the mot trivial things like which cake to bring. Just use Wolt or Globo application... Also, the app is very slow and crushes all the time
bad experience . it was a bad choice to depend on menu.ge . i waited 3 hours for an order . when it came the order was not even from the restraunt i ordered from. and the ordered which i made was different from what i got . being honest glovo was better . #angrycustomer.
Something happened to it. It freezes at checkout and doesn't process the order. And nobody seems to be in a hurry to fix it.
Made order, app crashed. After 15 min I got message that order was made. I cancelled it by phone - but I need to wait my money 3-4 days. Why??
The app isn't run by the time mentioned & customer service is poor which has been the condition for a very long time.
Worst app ever... And their customer service is very bad... I have a bonus of 60 lari and still this app has not yet gave back my bonus..... Ahhh.... Glovo is far better than this one...
very bad service, it took 5 hours last time to delever the food i dont want to order from this app anymore its very bad (its not first time that happened)
SLOWEST DELIVERY, which i saw in my life. 2 hours to get food from restaurant, located in 850 metrs from delivery point. And then im getting all food spilled out of the boxes in not eatable condition. Not recommended at all.
After the update... The app doesn't work properly at all... It keeps asking for bulk orders...
The worst delivery and customer care service response, I would rather starve than wait for the food to be delivered after ages.
some times the order doesn't recieve the shop and you have to call again to even start preparing your order. Poor service
Shittiest app in whole universe.. even aliens would have better options to offer in their own language.
Dont even think ordering from these people. It has been 3 hours since I ordered and order is still not here. I have been on hold for multiply times for more than 15 minutes. They dont speak second language. They dont care for you as customer. Dont buy from them dont order at all let them go bunkrupt.
what an unprofessional App. I have already uninstalled it after 2 hours. I have used Menu in Armenia which was perfect. I GE it was disappointing. an hour after I ordered, had to call the restaurant. They told us that Menu telephoned and cancelled. They never informed us of this cancellation or gave a reason. This was a cash delivery. Menu needs to learn about customer satisfaction.
