Menufy Food Delivery & Takeout

I only use this app for one store but there are certain things I wish they would add or fix. First, you can't see any of your past orders which can be a problem when you're having difficulties with the delivery. Literally just had someone speed off with an order and had to get in contact with customer service to try and get it replaced. Second, they don't have any of their info to get in contact with menufy if you do have a problem. We had to call the restaurant.

Good only for seeing menu and prices of some restaurants that don't have their own website. If you qualify for discounts like Senior or Military there's no way of applying that AND the restaurant won't honor it even if you select pay at restaurant. Ordered from Imperial Palace Express in Bellevue. They didn't start preparing food until arrival and refused to do our Military discount eventhough we hadn't paid yet. Not cool. Won't ever order using this app again.

No way to contact your driver and clearly not thorough enough in who they hire, my food was never picked up from the restaurant. Also not a very user friendly interface.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Never heard of this company until we used them in Las Vegas our food was picked up 45 minutes late and delivered cold. I called the restaurant and they said no one picked it up, had other choices should've used something else. Will NOT use again. EVER!!!

Horrible. Ordered food. App said contactless delivery and pay online. I accepted but order went though app without me putting my payment info in. It never prompted for it. Tried calling app multiple times to no avail. Also tried Pizzeria multiple times and they only picked up after the 6th time I called. Never again. What a hassle. Not worth downloading this app.

The app is fine but I got it because I was tired of going to the business websites to order, but turns out when you click order in the app it just sends you to the website. I was doing that before the app so there's no value add for me.

Ripoff, don't use these guys ever. I placed an order and before the restaurant confirmed the order they charged my card. Then when the restaurant didn't have what I ordered, they cancelled my order. Then Menufy called me to tell me they would refund my money in 2-3 business days. So, they charged me, before the restaurant got the order. You don't charge for a restaurant order until it's confirmed. Then when I got upset on the phone, they hung up on me. 😡😡😡

Your app is garbage. The UI is garbage. Finding a restaurant is garbage. Having no direct means to contact you is garbage. Communication with support is garbage. Resolution of my issue was garbage. You don't even offer any kind of service you are just a middle man, a leach on society. Never recommending this worthless app to anyone and never using your "services" again.

Rip off! Charged $7 ($5.50 delivery & $1.50 convenience fees) yet Door Dash delivered the food. I checked and I could've ordered the same order directly through the Door Dash site and not paid any delivery fees. Do yourself a favor, if you see that a restaurant uses menufy to take online orders, look for that place on any other delivery service first.

It started out fine. It said order was confirmed but that's it. It's as if it stopped working. It gave a time for pickup but nothing else. I sat waiting on this thing to say order ready for pickup. Uninstalled

Uninstalling. I deliberately chose a restaurant from here because I DIDN'T want a DoorDash delivery. Said nowhere when ordering that the delivery would be completed using DoorDash or I wouldn't have ordered at all. Won't be using a menufy restaurant anymore.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT order delivery through the restaurants website. They NEVER sent a driver to get my food and the restaurant had to call me to tell me that my food had been sitting there for awhile and no one came to get it. Said I would be refunded for 4.99 delivery fee which has not been refunded.

If I could give you no stars that's exactly what you would deserve. I was hung up on. I didn't receive my food. I was told you would have to speak to the restaurant to verify. Guess what, they are closed. How in the hell would you verify. I have called numerous times. I have sent emails with screenshots that show that my order was not completed. I am sure you can see the same things I see. I just want my money back. I will post repeatedly on all social platforms about your horrible service.

Delivery charge not mentioned until checkout, option to pay cash has been removed. These are both inexcusable and should be rectified immediately. It's ridiculous to have to put my bank information to order food.

In general I like this app. But, am I doing it wrong or is there no way to search for a restaurant by name? I find I generally go to the restaurant's sure and don't use the app.

Googled menu for a restaurant and came across this app & pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to place an order & pay. Highly recommend app!

This app is horrible. Just links you to restaurants. Then door dash delivers and will screw up your order. As always

Makes it easy to order delivery or carryout from my favorite restaurants

Makes ordering in so much easier and I can pay with Google which is great when ordering on the go

Anytime I'm ordering in I use Menufy. I love how easy it is to use and pay. Love it!

Needs option for crypto only search results. I refuse to go somewhere that doesn't accept crypto.

Not very many useful tools, can't even check on the order status

Horrible the person delivered to wrong address and ignored all the additional notes i left before the order how to get into my establishment i feel the person just pick address and dropped it took a pic text me and they said f me someone got some free food and menufy refuse to give me refund after i showed all evidence 🙃

There is nothing that shows the status of the order or how long its going to be they just give you an ETA . Says it would be delivered between 11:33 and 12:03 its 12:05 now and the order status still just says created 🤷‍♀️

I live in Central Illinois the only restaurants they offer is Dew Chilli parlor and Hunan Express no matter where I select in the city it is the same two restaurants

Simple to use, and I'm terrible on how to use this digital phone stuff
