I liked the ordering interface , got a confirmation, but order never arrived. Staff say they never got the order. Also you can select a drink special but not actually place the order for one. Uninstalled this app, ordering from friendly staff instead. Sheraton, Kauai.
Good idea, horrible execution. Posters all around the pool showed beautifully styled cocktails so I ordered a grapefruit vodka; took 30 minutes to arrive and was just a CAN of club soda with the barest hint of vodka and grapefruit. NOT a cocktail. Awful.
