The application allows feedback to be consolidated, analysed and disseminated on a frequently updated dashboard. Analysed data will be used to improve quality of services in healthcare facilities. Thus My Hospital aligns with the citizen-centric MyGov platform of GOI which allows patients to connect with the healthcare providers and policymakers and to have their opinion heard and acted upon.

This app is not serving the very purpose on the base of which it meant. Problems are as follows 1) After even registering, I can't be able to add my feedback. A black screen is seen 2) it is impresive that it covers all the department of the facility and provide the satisfaction score for a facility as a whole. Hence, I can not identify the department specific score such as labour room and maternity OT by this app and it is quite difficult to convey the score to national assessor for LaQshya
This is indeed great app to promote facility improvements in the government hospitals. However, there are much improvements required in the app itself. 1. There is no option to provide the feedback. 2. I keep getting the same OTP message for almost 5 times. 3. There can be an option to login via fingerprint or pin number. 4. There should be provisions in the hospitals to get mobile number/email ids from the patients and send them a message with the link to this app to provide feedback.
Unable to provide feedback even after login through mobile. No visible questions are available. Not useful app. Update it urgently. All government hospitals not covered.
Yesterday I had also visited Safdarjung hospital, the experience was horrible, the app did not show that visit. Also there is no place to give a detailed feedback.
Disappointed by the app,never show the last visit data,neither there is option for manual feedback nor automatic feedback.Total waste app by govt.
App is not updated since 2017. Receiving otp but app does not move to otp filling page. Again good initiative by govt but no taken care in maintainence.
A very needy app in enhancing the Healthcare system. please do fix the problems. getting the OTP after the valid time,cannot log in.
This app is not working at all. OTP cannot be received on registered mobile number after registration process. Hence, ratings cannot be provided.
Overall app. not working properly, what's the purpose to developing the app is not fullfil, there are lot of things to devlope...
This app should have had space to put in feedback instead of only emojis.That way we can share great experience we have had in govt hospitals.

under List of Hospital, Karnal hospitals are not there. Pls improvise your app asap and give us an option to report bug, feedback through app too.
This app asks phone number.but after entering phone number it starts buffering and then it will not works further.
It has only 3 option like dislike and neutral. Need lot of improvement. All government app are useless.

all blank exept hospital area name. no Feedback option, no paient details , worst app. time waste.

Huge Troubles...For initial verification, SMS of OTP come 5 minutes later after Verification Time Out !!!!
The moment i open this app ,after filling the mibile no. n language option , the msg pop's up is , " Something went wrong " Isnt this is to hide the medical.negligence of Govt hospitals...this is a serious conspiracy to gain media coverage at the first step but at ground level everthing is zero.
Not all hospitals are included , better to include all hospitals even primary & community health centers

I pleasure for your step I have observed the app for all wing the empanelled list of Delhi Hospital is sketchy like ESI hospital except in this app further patient feedback functioing on zero tolerances basis

The prpose of this app is very nice, but the is not at all working, given options are not working. Ex. Under the option "facilities" could not choose any facility options, not sure if anyother options are working and helping users to fulfill the goal. Also its magic to see the number of feedbacks are being displayed in home page.
