Paid upfront but on the app its still showing the amount under not paid. Plus worst customer service. Every time I log in, it routes to change password tho I've just recently updated it.
I like using this app. But I can't use it now as it's saying that my password is expired even if I just changed it yesterday. And the new password I used yesterday is not recognized and my old one is also not recognized... I'm locked out.
Updated to the latest version, then the app signed me out saying that my password has expired. It prompts me to change my password, but I already forgot my old password, and there's not even a Forgot Password option.
cant log-in, keeps keeps saying i have to change password , but always having error on changing it, doesnt give reset password reset option
I like it for online payments but it doesn't have the option to do forgot password when it expires.
Please do not force password changes. Let the users change it on their own. It's really inconvenient
Why can't I open the app? It always pop-up "We can't reach our system right now. Please check your internet connectionand try again"
Updated to 4 stars after a few mos. Original review: After tapping on "Log in", the app gets stuck on the 3 flashing circles. The actual login screen does not show. Updating to the latest version does not solve the problem. Solution: I had to uninstall then reinstall the app. This has happened twice in a span of months. There seems to be something wrong with the login process being unusable after some time. Note that I use separate login credentials (and not Google credentials) to log in.
The calculator is taking so long to load the appliances. See I have time to comment. I do have fast connection. It is still slow for me, especially selecting the appliances to use. By the way the monthly amount bill input using the calculator prefers round numbers. Still useful. Yes, I reliable internet connection. I prefer the previous apps the separate calculator
The app is constantly opening on a browser, you need to restart the phone to stop it from launching automatically constantly. And you can't open the app if you're using a custom keyboard. The app is a very good tool to pay and see your billing conveniently. But there's issues that needs fixing.
Login issues. Even you try to use your Google account, it does not go through. Internet connection is strong and just cleared Cache, but with no changes. This also happens on their website. Nothing is working. Even customer service for email and FB chat does not give any response. When I also tried to pay through my BDO account, there's also an error. What gives? 😑
on the spot Payment posting in their system. however, sometimes there's a problem signing-in in the application. even though you have entered correct username and password, the app says incorrect log-in details. but overall, the app is great especially for the "on the go" people who doesn't have time to settle their bills over the counter.
App keeps crashing, the company worth millions however they can't commission someone that can actually program an app.
The app is extremely slow & has a lot of glitches. It is not smart. I tried creating an acct via the app & after entering my details, there is no register button (only sign in with Facebook and Google buttons were available). When I finally managed to log in, I tried to add the details of my Meralco bill but it kept saying the details were invalid (same details were accepted in the website). The app also keeps crashing every time I try to log in, so had to log in repeatedly via Google. Annoying
I'm so disappointed with the app, in the past i haven't encountered any problems. But these last 2 months, all my transactions doesn't reflect on our bills, and yet they added new bill for first quarter of the year. It feels like they're robbing us. Even customer service can't resolve the issue. i have emailed you a lot of times, and still no solution.
With the recent update. I can no longer open the app. Its really frustrating how it keeps on loading. I already tried reinstalling it but didn't work. Also tried clearing cache and storage data but only leads to black/white screen then nothing happens. Now I'll have to rely again on paper bills.
App crashes after installing the latest update (Dec 4 2020). The app will open a webpage saying that an error has occurred, multiple times. This will not stop unless you uninstall the app. It was working fine before the update. Update-Dec6: Still not working, same scenario after installing the latest update. Will just use the website for the meantime. Thanks.
Why do I have to change my password every now and then. What's the use? Also there is no option if I forget the password. Padaliin nyo lang ang pag gamit sa app nyo.

This app is helpful but irritating for frequently asking change of password.
I am only using this app as a tracker for my next bill. However, what really annoys me is the notification that's forcing me to change my password. I always forgets my old password since the app is always forcing me to changed it. I don't see any reason though to change my password since it is only a tracker. I don't think that is necessary.
