The app works for the most part, but 95% of the time I get "remote start failed due to a technical issue on our end". It works once every other week or so... Also, sometimes it will shutoff after 1-2 minutes without any intention. It will push a notification like it ran a successful 10 minutes, but actually states "after 2 minutes" in the notification...

Remote start does not work 60% of time you get failure on our end. Remote start will not start your car, unless the tank is almost 1/2 full. It will tell you, you don't have enough gas. Even know you could still drive it 500 miles. And App takes to long to come up. If buying another car not sure I would get Mercedes because, I like remote start option and it doesn't work when u need it most.

Worst car app ever. It's been 3 months since I've purchased my last mercedes. 7+ calls to IT, dealer, customer service. App does not work well. Does not update well. Functions still don't working. Wrong charges still not rectified. Car doesn't display. Nobody can fix issues. Get it together Mercedes!

As I have been using this for 2 years the experience has improved. I had a torrid time trying to get to it working and my car required a complete software overhaul along with sensor checks to get itbworking effectively. Better now. Still wish I could manage how long I could turn it on and modify control/temp in car.

Very slow to auto start your vehicle. Would rather hit a button on the fob. Everytime the app updates, it logs you out, so have your credentials at the ready. Hire a high school kid to fix the app. please.

I give a 1 star because you have to pay $270.00 to use this app. They will not set up this app for your car until you provide a credit card number. Land Rover doesn’t charge for their app.

I called to register my C300 year 2013. I was offered 3months trial with card number up front to begin $289.00 annual fee after trial. I said I would register later. But, was told to not wait to long to register because older model Mbrace service was going to be discontinued in NOVEMBER 2022 !!! Do not buy this with an older model MB, even if your car is equiped with mbrace system. The service plan is very questionable. !!!!

App does not work correctly. Once connected it gives incorrect milage and incorrect tire pressure psi. Unable to manually fix no edit ability.Restarted phone several times data still shows incorrect. Not recommend usage. Also tried unistalling app and reinstal Same issue it does not work same incorrect info. Very disapointed expected more from Mercedes, annual fee not worth the money. Will think twice about renewing. If I am paying full price than all app should work not just partial.

The app starts about 70% of time. The app also requires a minimum of 5 gal of gas to start (should be 2 gal instead). How many times do I need to fill up when I am barely below half a tank so the dumb app can start my engine. Very frustrating. I do like the finance features . Very convenient.

I been using this app for a few years. Works great, but the remote start takes a little to long. For example when I turn on my vehicle at the mall I walk to the vehicle and it stays loading until I reach my vehicle and by then I just turn it on manually

Used remote lock to leave key inside and go for a run (have done this before and I used remote unlock earlier in morning same day) but now the car will not unlock or lock, start remotely or even locate either using app or telephone support. had to call road service. Useless at this point.

There is impossible to order parts online, when choosing Pay now - some error, when choosing PayPal - starting window shows up and nothing changes. Tried from different devices and PC, same result. Terrible

This app is useful unless it actually works. My C43 constantly won't turn on from the app and always says the engine has been shut off due to the door being unlocked even though I never unlocked them. Gets pretty frustrating when you pay this kind of money for a car and remote start doesn't come as an option, so you go with the only option Mercedes offers and yet it doesn't ever work. I'm not sure if it's a software update issue or what the deal is, but it's a complete waste of Money sometimes

Ive used the app infrequently. Recently tried to start my car remotely and got a "this page is unavailable" when i opened the app. It asks you to refresh but that doesnt help. I deleted then reinstalled the app. Yet it still shows page unavailable. What is up with this app?

Almost NEVER remote starts the car. Less than 2% success rate. Always has "an error has occurred." You would think with how someone the car is, they would have a better system. Aside from lack of remote connection to the car for ANY use, the app itself constantly logs you out and won't let you log in again. Garbage. I love my car, but would almost consider getting something different just because of loss of some of these functions associated with this app. If I can't use the functions on the car I'm paying for, then they are worthless

What a complete dumpster fire of an app. I can't believe MB is even associated with this abject failure. I can't get anything to work with this app 100% of the time. The remote start takes forever if it decides to work at all. The lock/unlock feature is highly unreliable (9/10 times it fails to open the car.) The vehicle locate comes back with a "The locate feature is currently unavailable" error 95% of the time when I can visually see the car parked outside. (I would hate to have to rely on this app in the event of an emergency.) I have never been successful, when I try and use the Send 2Benz feature with destinations pulled and sent to the car from my Android phone. Wad this up, toss it in the rubbish bin and start from scratch. If I were the developer of this app, I would be hanging my head in shame.

This app is unfortunately really terrible. It's slow and unreliable. For example, you'll open it to remote start your car and it'll still show that the car is running from the last time you ran it (even though the car is not running). Clicking back, or outright closing and restarting the program, it still reflects incorrect information. I've found the app has wasted more time than it's saved, so I really don't even bother trying to use it anymore.

After months of not being able to get past the 'welcome back' screen, reinstalling, not getting anywhere with tech support, and no one at dealership being able to help, I finally completely deleted my previous account and re-registered, and that worked. The app is great, very convenient, and I like the extras of being able to schedule appointments, set geo fences, etc. I removed a star because of my experience of extremely poor and lacking technical support where this app is concerned.
