The app includes the following:
Digital Driver's Log:
The smartphone automatically records the trips completed, allows the driver to comment on the trips and export the information for other purposes. If the vehicle is used privately, you can quickly and easily switch off the recording function.
Vehicle Supervision:
The vehicle detail view keeps the drivers fully up to date at all times. They learn immediately when there is a warning for the particular assigned vehicle and can therefore react quickly.
Fleet Communication:
The app makes it easy to transmit messages and addresses for even more efficient communication between drivers and fleet managers.
Other functions:
The driver can use the Mercedes PRO connect to remotely lock or unlock the vehicle and switch the stationary heater on or off. Furthermore, the driver can be navigated to the parked vehicle.

App doesn't work. Amazing vehicle, terrible technology. Let's hope this isn't the type of technology installed in our vehicles.
THIS IS THE SADDEST DOWNLOAD I EVER DOWNLOADED. For the price of your vehicles and an app like this, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Doesnt work on sprinters? It is 2021. Seriously flashlight has better reviews!
App doesn't work. I can't log in. It keeps saying please try again. I hope Mercedes can correct this problem. ASAP.
After numerous tries, I gave up. It doesn't work. Says, please try again. I sent 3 emails, week later, no response.
For paid app in 2021 it should be flawless! Hire top devs, don't be cheap on it. It should help users, not pissing them off!
I buy a $200,000 vehicle and you can't get somebody to fix this app?
Does not work at all I spent all day on the phone and still not working
wow, I didnt believe all the other negative reviews, but it's TRUE. The app wont let you log in and just keeps telling you to "Please try again"
The app is having authentication error, is not working.

Cannot get application to run, as there is an error message when trying to log in. The application should be called Mercedes Can't Connect, that would be more accurate.
