App blocks password managers and deletes login info if copy/pasted, and it regularly disables fingerprint login. This is the first app I'd delete if I didn't need it. Designed by an inexperienced and ineffective team.

Password acces is completely useless. Username and password work when using a computer, but for some the app will not recognize. Changed three times and same issue. It's pretty useless and after reading other reviews that are a month or even older, there doesn't seem to be any effort to try and fix. I've had this app installed since the beginning of the year and it has been updated. I'll give it one more month then uninstall.

Of all the apps i've installed this has been the most infuriating experience. I pay extra for Mercer 365 hub this is the third time recently that the app randomly decides my fingerprint isnt adequate and my saved password is wrong. Then I reset the password and that wont work either. I click on the link in the email to reset password, I complete the process try signing in on the website and the app and somehow my brand new password is wrong. I have no access to view my money.

This is for version 6.1. I was able to log in and then turn on fingerprint login (which works). But I've got two major gripes: You can't upload a document, only photos. And it doesn't install a widget which means you have to go through Play Store to open it each time. Seriously?? What app doesn't install a widget?!? PLEASE update the app to install a widget AND to allow uploading PDF files.

I just downloaded the app for the first time, it is version 6.0. Username and password seems to be working now. There is also a fingerprint authentication option now. App is quick and responsive. So far only used it to see balances, so don't know if I can do everything I can on website.

I tried to file a claim on my phone through the regular website, but when I fill in text, the site doesn't recognize this information and I get an error and am unable to submit my claim. when I downloaded the app, everything seemed easy when filing the claim until I needed to upload a receipt. it only allows you to upload a receipt from the camera roll or take a photo. I'm unable to upload pdf documents. everything else about the app made filing a claim seem easy except for this critical piece.

I logged into the website via mobile and it had a handy link to the mobile app. I downloaded the app and logged in just as I had literally 2 minutes earlier. I got an error that I don't have the correct ID or Password. The fact that I can't login gives this App an automatic 1 star.

No log in issues as of yet. MAJOR issue I have not been able to get the scan for eligibility to work. Stood with UPC in the box and nothing. MINOR issue stop asking to access or make phone calls. YOU don't need that permission for an app I won't be using to call from.

Can't login. I set up fingerprint access, and that just got turned off after using it once. Username and password are always wrong, with no "forgot my password" option. Inexcusable service.

They make your password expire about once a month, which is as often as I use the app. On top of that, they frequently reset your biometric login settings. The obnoxious password history requirements mean you will probably always use the "forgot my password" link to get in.

I saw 9 reviews where people wrote about how bad the app is. I thought I'd be different. Difficult to sign in. Tells me the password is incorrect then allows me to sign in on my laptop. I just downloaded the app today. requested assistance already. Change in stars will be based on the help I receive.

I can log in on the computer but I can't log in on the app. Very frustrating.

Downloaded it. UN and PW didn't work. Same one that I used to login on a web browser didn't work. Was able to login on Chrome on my phone. Terrible. Uninstalled immediately. I don't recommend this app at all

This app is such a pain in the a$$. Keeps telling me my log in info is wrong, which is false. I contacted them to reset it, which I did, and I still can not log in. Had to uninstall. No point in having a worthless app take up space.

Aweful UX. Every time i open the app i have to log in again. App name on phone is "Your acco". They couldn't put Mercer in the name??? I viewed some data, but didn't bother trying anything else.

Can't log in even though I've verified my credentials are correct. Their chat option for help never works and I don't have time to sit on the phone with them for hours. Boo.

Is there a 0 stars? Mercer is useless. Every time I try to use it my biometrics have expired and when i try to use my password it does not work. I can never find the right website to login online cause there are several diffrent ones. And they use one site for signing up and a diffrent one for account access. How about just one site and allow diffrent activities. My god.

Could not find app on phone. Went to Google play and said app was already installed. Turns out the name is Your Accounts - I don't have anything nice to say about the person who decided to use that name so I'll stop here.

Same experience as some other user's. Have to constantly set up new user name and password. App is very faulty and needs to be addressed.

Terrible app. Can't even log in. But the issue is, the website version isn't much better either. This is so frustrating. I can't even pick a doctor.

This is the most terrible app I've ever used. I literally dread having to lookup any of my benefit information because of how unstable this runs.... Crashes constantly. The entire dev team should be fired for releasing such a garbage app.

can't log on to the app now with user/PW. In the past it was confusing on which user name to use. i have a note for both, but neither works.

Awful. Instantly after downloading you are pelted with call after call from insurance agents. Thought I was signing up under my employers name but this didn't happen. Has a 1.6 rating for a reason.
