Horrible implementation. Can't even see how much is left on my HSA account. Which if you use the iPhone app you actually can. I don't care that I can see my contributions, this app has one purpose and it doesn't do it.
Unable to login. Also the app is very hard to find because Android adaptive app icons are not supported. Uninstalling...
Not sure how the app is because it won't accept correct login. Based on what I've read I'm not missing much though.
It's a helpful app but you get locked out too often and have to change passwords.
does not work. won't let you log in, wont send confirmation/verification texts. POS
Unable to use app. My login that works on the website does not work with the app.
Doesn't do much. May access once a year, if that. Hardly worth the effort.
Poor loading. Freezes up need to close out and log in again
This really is the worse app ever. Save yourself and just call. It will be faster.
Password requirements are awful. I keep getting locked out!
Frustrating app: difficult to login and navigate through
This app lets you view your coverage and sign up for other benefits if you're eligible.
Offers absolutely no benefit over my employeers site which is a far easier log in. Gives me absolutely no information needed
Unable to login even after verifying the needed information.
crashes and hangs frequently.
Ironically, shows that you pay but not how you benefit. Not sure what it's point is.
doesn't have same features as website, useless.
Lost user name birth date entry had to go back month to month from today's date.
This app is absolute trash in every way imaginable.
Horrible I am trying to get an ID to go to the urgent care it's asking me fir member ID off the card. Rubbish. No help
Not user friendly.
its not very useful
If you leave your place of employment, Mercer will begin to charge fees on your HSA account. So, they are charging you fees as they earn interest on your HSA account. Dirty business tactics.
Doesn't show anything besides what you pay
This app is useless
worst app I've ever used
user friendly? on android if you forget your username or password, the process you go through is not user friendly. When you get to the part where it asks your birthdate, you have to swipe all the way to your birthday instead of being able to just type it in or choose the year. so unless you were born this year, get ready to keep pressing an arrow or swiping your screen for 20 or 30 years one month at a time.
