very difficult to use. it can't seem to read the amount the check is written for, despite me repeatedly re entering the correct amount and retaking a picture of the check. i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. very frustrating as i live out of town...20 mi to deposit a check... Bank of America app works GREAT. this app, not so much

Update: I haven't had any more problems after update, the app works great. Old review: Recently I haven't been able to use the ap when I try to log in it just loads and loads, very frustrating

Unable to back arrow to previous screens or back out of app since last update. Much prefer the app how it used to be.

seriously dosen't work, I have to delete an install the app just to check my account every time the last 2 weeks I was thinking that happen only to me but I see I am not the only one dealing with this problem. sad 😔💀💀💀💀💀

The bank and representatives are great. Even though I've had problems with the APP, everyone is attentive and tries to resolve the issue. Thank you.

I literally have to uninstall and redownload whenever I want to log in. This has been happening for over a month. now I have to use my browser.

I love this app! I also love Redding Bank of Commerce. I ALWAYS talk to an extremely LIVE and HELPFUL person! No prerecorded teleprompter, no waiting, and they ALWAYS have answers! Thank You RBC!!

Does not work. I've been trying to get it to work for over a month and it still won't work. After calling Connie at merchants Bank of Commerce Corning California I found out that I did not have the proper update she straighten it out and now I'm back online thanks Connie.😆🤗

A very considerate and educated staff. Problem solved quickly and effectively.

Can not gain access to website. Am forced to enter password which takes me to online banking only.

Your app does not work please fix it. I can't make a new account everytime I click I am a new user it does not allow me to make an account it just sends me to forgot your password. I have tried it on other phones to see if my phone was the problem and it still didn't work, I can't see any of my card transactions and it's very irritating please fix this asap!

The layout of the app is good, easy to use. Frustrating that the app gets "remember me" marked and still constantly loses the user name for sign in. I have had more problems with this app the entire time Redding Bank of Commerce has been in Willows, Ca. than in the 30+ years Bank of America was priorly in the same bldg with the 5 years using the BofA app prior to take over. Wishing Redding Bank of Commerce never took over BofA in Willows.

It sooo slow it to do anything on the app. it's easier to do it on the official webpage then the app. PLEASE fix the speed issue PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE

Update looks cool and it has lots lots more features and things you can do on the app
