It used to be a very helpful app however it has not been working for almost a month now everytime I try to open it it says the app has stopped I've called the bank I've sent feedback I cannot get any help so at this point it's just plain frustrating I used this app daily I'm so frustrated without being able to do online banking I'm considering finding a new Institution
I have issues with this app, I go through the process, I put the password in, it tells me it's the wrong password, I've tried over and over again.
The app used to be fast and very helpful, but now I have to install and reinstall to use it for my banking. I am not totally very happy with the app.
Please fix this app!!! App not working. Won't load. Was told to uninstall and reinstall. All other apps are fine. Still doesn't work!!!
This app worked great at first. It now will no longer open or load. I have to open a web browser if I want access to my account.

Can't a remote password reset for mobile banking. I have to actually call to my password reset and does me no good on the weekends.

Unless you overdraft. Then you have no record of debits or balances. Not very helpful.
Very user friendly and intuitive! Much better than previous versions. Highly recommend.

My camera is fine, and works perfectly outside of this app. But when I'm trying to take a picture of a check through this app, it's too pixely and blurry and can't be read even though NOTHING is wrong with my camera.

About a month ago, this app stopped working. I can uninstall it and then reinstall it and it will work for a couple of sign ons and then it just stops loading. It used to work perfectly every time. Bad update, maybe?
