I have updated this app and still have a White screen Can't go no farther.I can be right outside of bank still won't let me to my account.
Technical problems relative to this mobile app, down and "white screen" company banner and you can't get into account.
I just discovered my a mistake I made that the app now includes the feature of depositing a check by picture. I tried this and was so simple to navigate through it and was successful with my pending results. thank you very much. I'm not sure how long this has been active but I have been driving from Dublin Ohio to Marysville Ohio to do the same thing that I did at my kitchen table saving a 40 mile round trip. Thanks again!
I have called several times because everytime I try to get into my account it kicks me right back off. Yes It has been updated and I have uninstalled it several times and still get the same thing. But no problems apparently
This app will let me on for a week or two then it will not allow me to log on. First it said something about debugging now it said something that it's not able to work with Android. The information flashes so quickly you can't even read what the problem is. Very flustering.
I am having same issues app won't open goes to white screen and the closes. This is the second time I've had issues with it!! Not happy at all!!!!
Now I can't log inn at all and it says I have the wrong pass word this sucks .
Very happy with the service I have received from the bank itself, and the app is great for showing info on your accounts, there are a lot of options, including money transfer and bill pay. I am very pleased, thank you Merchants, for everything!
Ive had this app on my phone for few years now just this Friday march 19 2022 i opened it and it went to white screen , i thought something was wrong with my phone but today my husband's did it too so what's going on with it?
There is always something wrong with security on this app.
I understand the security but if I unlock the app with my fingerprint I should be able to do a transfer without putting a password and answering a security question. It is my fingerprint, pretty sure I cant share that.
Fix this! It was working fine yesterday, now I can't use it at all. It kept saying that an error has occurred and I had to force stop it. I then restarted it and still got the error, so I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but I'm still getting the same error.
Please keep this app updated, got a new phone and every time i open this app it freezes my phone and won't load, at&t said its because the software is not compatible with the new phones yet, please update!
Can't open app stuck on white screen with logo. Called 800# provided in other comments and they said to go to mobile devices in profile that didn't help. So she had no clue how to fix
App has stopped working. Crashes after 3-5 seconds after opening, only displaying a white screen with no error message. Reinstalling does nothing.
Just recent things wont load all. I uninstalled and reinstalled app and still nothing. I just starts and then goes to a white screen and then to my background screen. That is a problem.

For over 20 years Merchant's has always been a great bank to do business with. Never a problem and the app works just like it's supposed to.
Depositing checks via my phone is so easy. To pics and it's done, that simple. User friendly interface. Would reccomend!
Never opens on first try. Takes minutes at times to load. Errors out constantly. Tells me my credentials are wrong even though i changed nothing before hand.
Keeps saying my information is incorrect and crashes, I'm very certain that my information is correct. It's the application. 🤬

Even with this app you still never know how much you have in your account! It lags so badly with pulling money out! And your balance is Never right!
App worked great for a few years and now its just a white screen, I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Very frustrating and disappointing. Not happy at all about the hassle!!
