Merck Sharp & Dohme FCU Mobile

I have had to downloaded, installed & uninstalled this app multiple times to my Samsung phone. Every time I clicked to open the app, my screen turns white & nothing opens. This is extremely inconvenient, as it prevents me from completing my usual mobile banking activities. I'll be uninstalling it again, it seems.

Zelle stopped working. Very inconvenient. The rest of the app works well.

Currently broken... open app and it states i need to check my connection.. have tried reinstalling , updating etc... note 20 ultra

I have the new Samsung S22 and I can't open the app. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled aevetal times with the same result. The app opens and shows the blue logo icon and doesn't do anything else. Please fix!!

It is easy to use with useful functions.

It's been getting so much better over the past two or three years. Mobile camera deposit always works as long as you have a decent camera. I still get confused about my various sub-accounts. There are probably other frustrations I can't remember right now, but I have a few other mobile banking apps, and none of them are significantly better.

Too much security enhancement. Already log in and still need password for transactions? Reminders on payments due will enhance user experience. Adding a way to set automatic credit card payments will enhance the experience. Bank won't hold back on late fees.

As I don't have access to a local branch (PLEASE open one in King of Prussia), this is helpful (when it works) to upload deposits to my account and check on balances. There are still issues and glitches, like not recognizing my password and saying I have to call the customer line for help. But otherwise, does what I need it to. Only suggestion - remove the obnoxious shutter sound when taking photos of the check. It's unnecessary.

the new mobile deposit camera is awesome! i have been using your app for as long as I have been a member. The app makes the experience for me. I would not be likely to bank with MSDFCU if not for the app.

The zelle application stopped working on this mobile app. It works on the website. It is inconvenient to have to long onto the website versus using the app. Please fix!!

For a smaller credit union app, it is very well designed (particularly for navigation btw accounts), has useful features, and does not have any obtrusive fat or bloatware features.

Does not work at all for the new galaxy S22 Ultra. Please update app BEFORE the new phones are out, not months after.

Works as advertised. I like the instant balance feature as well as being able to send money with Zelle through the app. This makes getting money to family and friends super easy.

Gets the job done. Occasionally have issues with taking pictures and I'll have to retake the picture but its nothing to bad. All my checks are deposited relatively quickly.

Wont let me log in. Even though i can log onto the website without issues the app wont login. One of the most unstable apps ive ever had to use. Please do better. Its not like you dont have the funds for a proper app support team.

I can never log on more than once. I constantly have to call to reset the password. So frustrating!!!!!

Excellent and bug free experience, easy to navigate and overview of account. Love ability deposit checks using app in secure fashion.

now that we are with the times and can use mobile deposit, I have no complaints. app works as it should and I appreciate the fingerprint access feature.

Works well for the most part. There are times when there are glitches but transfers are instant and they have really good customer service.

While it works most of the time, there are many times it doesn't and I can't log in, or I can log in but I am unable to transfer money. This happens significantly more often than it should.

I love the latest upgrades to the mobile banking... Deposit Check app and the layout...2020 still love the new upgrades! Still a fan of the app and the new tech for check deposit

Keeps failing to load properly on Samsung Galaxy

Stopped working ever since I upgraded to S22+. Please help. Need money!!!

Making things easier to navigate and remember. Love this app by a lot so far.

I can't get on my app at all. I deleted over and over again and still can't get on it. I depend on looking on here so I know how much I have in my acct. I'm so frustrated.
