this app used to be one of the best, then they were purchased by another company in it all went downhill. Nothing works, can't bid on appraisal orders, constant crashes, I've reported this over and over and over again and is still not fixed. Edited in mid october. This app remains useless and does not work on 5G devices. it is a complete waste of time to have to connect to Wi-Fi just to update orders when you are out in the field. The prior owners knew what they were doing these guys, amateurs
This app is useless. The Juniper app was way better than this one. When it ask me to log in with an email and a password its incorrect and I've had this email and password for a few years. When I had the Juniper app not one problem whatsoever. So dont waste your time getting this app.
App doesn't work, cut & dry. U won't get pass user name & password. Be Worst app ever that I have tried.
Attempting to use this app for anything other than looking at the home page results in the app closing. It just doesn't work.
If I could give zero stars I would. This app is always crashing and doesn't work with the latest Android version

It simply does not work.
The app used to actually be a good one. It constantly crashes, they are allowing the lender clients to only allow comments and replies from a pre-populated menu. So I can't actually communicate with my client unless I'm at my desktop or I call them. There is nothing user-friendly about this app any longer.
Always crashes. Update 8/20/19, still just a horrible app. Please, please, update this app. The concept it offers is great, but there execution is as bad as it gets with this one.
Crashes non stop. It functioned quite well in the early stages, but since A LA MODE sold it....the support is non existent
I cannot accept an order or negotiate an order. It doesn't recognize that I have a credit card on file so it doesn't let me proceed with acceptance or negotiations.
Would be a good app if you could send updates. Really disappointing.
App works well for checking status and updating clients. Everytime I try to view a document attached to the order it crashes.
I can view my new orders but cannot accept or update my clients.
Must not be a very important app if they're content to have all statuses and messaging crashing for 2 months.
App works awesome when it works. Then I get dependent on it to communicate with clients. Then it says "unfortunately unable to send messages" or "mercury has stopped working" right at the time I need it most.
Won't update status. Defeats purpose of having app.
Support told me I was the only one having these problems. They don't seem to be having a problem charging my credit card
Crashes constantly. Have uninstalled and reinstalled three times.
Updating my review here over 3 years later: still borderline useless. Notifications don't work, responding to bid requests doesn't work, accepting normal requests is hit-or-miss at best, app randomly crashes, app can't scale to fit your phone screen, etc. It's honestly amazing that they'd claim this dumpster fire as their own let alone recommend it to us on the mercury website.
