I don't normally like leaving reviews especially negative ones but, this app is nearly completely unusable. I cannot access my insurance card, or download it to my device. I've had to change my password multiple times because it doesn't remember the password I just created and won't let me log in. And it's just plain agonizingly slow. A company should be emarassed to have such a poorly made product representing their brand.
For the most part this app provides all I need. The one exception is that the feature to download an image of my insurance card hasn't worked yet. The menu never appears with a long tap.
awful, the app just opens up the web portal, which is a broken Adobe flash plugin. For being one of the best insurance carriers it definitely does not make it easy to use their app or website. Definitely needs to improve the product (website and app) for a better customer experience.
This is a poor app. It's clear Mercury Ins. couldn't care less about it from all the bad ratings. I simply want to view my ID cards from the app. It tells you to press and hold the ID card to save it to the app but nothing happens.
App is ok, but need improvement. Can't save I'd card, app is slow, I have to log in after selecting any function. About the only thing I can effectively use this app for is paying the bill.
the app froze when I was setting up my account and now I cant register because it says it cant verify my information, yet it didnt register because i have no email confirmation. I tried calling customer service but I was on hold forever!!!! this is not okay!
its soooo freaking hard to long-in. I enter my password and it says its invalid. So I submit a request to change using my email and I do not get a password reset link. I have tried to get this link for 3 weeks now.
It would be nice to have 2FA security or fingerprint for faster access. So far, the app is fast enough and simple.
Doesn't work as intended. Can't save or download ID cards due to an error in app design. Not intuitive.
Instructions say to hold image until menu appears to download Id cards. This doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.
Hard as hell to get into!! I change my password, then next time I try to log in, it ALWAYS says my password isn't valid!!!! Come on AIS, fix this darn app.!
Great app don't have to wait on the phone for someone to help me. I can just go on the app and pay my bills. Updates my information really fast. Very happy with this app. 😎
Glitches & errors. Difficult to login to, and you can't save an image of your insurance card.
don't even bother downloading this app it doesn't work every time you try to type in the moving code it resets and send you another one won't accept it
On the day I got my auto insurance premium, I downloaded the app and boom...I GOT ALL I NEEDED as quick as I wanted.
The ID card screen is very glitchy. You should be able to do more with app.
Doesn't open Try to login in and it doesn't open at all. Just stays in the login screen
i read Google wants everyone using their new web platform for websites. Can they be sabatoging to get all to change the way they develop sites?my apps are all crashing
the app is an extension of their website, best to bypass their app and use mobile browser
Horrible customer service and roadside assistance. Cannot be trusted. Left these wastes of life after only six months.

Horribly difficult to download ID card
The app wouldn't allow me to go beyond the floating/rotating letters. I tried 8 entries of the letters. A big waste of my time. I ended by making the one-time payment, which means I must type in all info each time and I can't create an account to access other info. After reading other reviews, seems this app is one of the worst apps in the history of apps! Do better work Mercury!
