Does not allow you to create an account if you are a foster, you need to use a different access. But they fail to tell you that in the letter they send you. Poor communication.
Tryed 4 times to create an account and it said it could not verify my information. I put in the info correctly since my card is right in front of me. POS!
I have this app on my computer I contact Dr Jason Booth. Computer in shop so need it on smartphone have had for years.
Have not been able to search for a medical provider! Keeps giving an error message! FRUSTRATING uninstalling
It won't let me enter a password when trying to create an account. I'm following the requirements for which types of characters are required, but it still won't accept anything I enter.
Can't sign in. Tells me to contact Health Provider. Did the same on the website. Contacted Mercy Care and was told I would get am email to reset password but never recieved it. Whats the use of this app without ability to log in?
Useless app which I uninstalled almost immediately. There appears to be no way of filing grievances via the app. The member handbook, which I attempted to view with the app, is not IN the app, it simply opened the mcp website and downloaded the handbook to my phone. It has a find a provider function, but so does the mcp website. Has an area where I can see what meds I'm on, but I don't need an app for that.
Awsome simple and very helpful its a great app for mercy care plan members
I'm still having a lot of problems with accessing my messages and test results through the app, even after updating it.
