The app is great but I have issues with the locked items not being accessible despite me having paid an annual plan. Can you help me with this?

This is probably one of the most classroom friendly apps thag merge makes. It is well worth the money to purchase this app and use in the classroom. It will work for elementary, middle school and high school levels and they are constantly adding more lessons. By purchasing the educator platform you get full access to this app as well as an upgraded object viewer. This comes with a full library of objects already pre-created as well as additional great features.

Every time I press play on an activity, it spins and then the app closes and kicks me out. What a waste of money for a foam cube that the software won't work properly. I guess we'll use the cube to play catch with the dog because that's all it's good for without a working app.

The loading is way too long and the controls are really bad. If I could edit this app I would honestly make this app less hard to control and make it so that it could be viewed anywhere without a box, just don't like the features of these and the loading time.

It is a VERY interesting piece of tech...however no matter how cool it is its still very buggy...my experience was not smooth ...requires patience and forgiveness...but SOOOO cool...so theres an honest review..and heres the other reason i wont subscribe...the detail of the images were FAR too varied...some images were so detailed and others, well underwhelming would be a polite way to say it..some GREAT art, but mostly more like 3d grade art

The idea behind this app is tantalizingly exciting. Unfortunately, in spite of the company's assurances to the contrary that their recent upgrade in September 2020 smoothed out the wrinkles of users being kicked out the moment they attempted to use the app and other dysfunctions, the app still fails to deliver on its promises. Sadly, the hype is an overreach.

I really prefer the merge explorer and object viewer because it simulates reality in multiple fields and I'm happy when I use it with my students, as they are impressed by this apps as it's one of the most powerful augmented reality applications.

You have changed it where you have to unlock it and i used to be able to do it for free

17 minutes and counting...I have attempted to use the app several times. It just states that it is loading. Whether I wait 1 min or 17, it never finishes loading and I therefore cannot use it. So disappointed bc I really wanted to use this with my students.

We subscribed to the 7 day trial, the app was interesting but we decided to end the trial an the last day but could not and was charged 10.95. I have been trying to get a refund since Nov.29th. Poor service.

It works! I don't understand why people don't like this app. It's really intresting and fun! Even tho sometimes it does'nt work, it's more fun to use the cube! Advice for the people who says it doesn't work: If you don't have a cube just use the app!

Very useful learning tool and very interactive proper thing for a kid to have

I had really high hopes for this, but seems unreliable and buggy. Menu prompts don't clear from the screen in VR mode, obstruting the view.

Great for my Merge Cube!! The greatest part is no Adverts! Just the learning 😌. The only problem I had was the fact you need a subscription. Change that and I will rate 5 stars on my channel, Fox News.

DO NOT INSTALL! Utter waste! Doesn't focus on the cube no matter how you try. Also, paid for purchase. Money debited successfully from card, but app says payment failed. Sent an email to customer support, no response yet.

So the app was great and I would give four stars, but the app refused to load in. However, I love the app, so fix the bug and I will gladly change to five stars. Also, if possible, make the app size smaller.

What happened to the old merge games? Now it's all educational. Figured I'd play after not having done so for a while but all that remains is teaching apps. Money spent on the cube is down the drain.

Amazing app, students can learn Science effectively. Students can learn activities and take quizzes in asimple way. Thanks for this wonderful app.

Hours to down load a little over 500 mb. And still not down loaded.FINALLY FINISHED DOWM LOADING AND INSATALLED THE APP. BUT THE VUFORIA ENGINE WONT LAUNCH.!!!!!!? App. Says there is an initialization ERROR!????. Whats the deal? Used half a gig. And over 10 percent of the battery capacity on the phone. Plus the purchase of the merge cube. Rate the app? How about rate the product and its app?.HMM!.

Hello this app is terrible, I have the best phone for taking pictures for 2019. And I can't even get a camera focused during the initial steps to begin merging the "merge" cube..

Is great, even without paying you can still learn. It can help me greatly when learning about anatomy when I get into my upper years of high-school!

terrible I tried pressing on the video for the volcano on Earth stuff and when it recorded the cube didn't work like when I pressed on the video nothing happened the cube was right on the camera I turned off the flashlight and it still didn't work it was supposed to show me a picture of a volcano or the Earth volcanos are supposed to be errupting or something but nothing happened it just showed the black normal cube what's wrong with this app 😠😠

Worked once and not since. It starts to inform me that its loading the information.....then continues this for 20+ minutes. Nothing happens.

Not so good, at least for the beginning. It says it has an extra file for this!!! It takes soooooooooooooooo long to download ugghhhhhh. My device is a galaxy tab a 8.0 2019 and there is another file, app, that comes with this it says.

What app takes over ONE HOUR to load... and never loads? My son will have no chance to experience the Merge Cube if the tech is this unreliable. Even activating the cube with its own direction doesn't work. No.

Unusable. Won't focus on the cube, making everything a waste of money. Seriously it doesn't do anything.

This app will takeout money from your phone on the name of free subscription, be very very cautious. Think hundred time before you install this app. I have requested to return my money, still awaiting response
