Merge Magic!

Game keeps crashing! I just downloaded it, I could play for an hour or so and after watching an add when I came back on the app I got a blackscreen. After relaunching the app it can't start the game the loading doesn't finish and when it does the game crashes just after, as soon as you click somewhere. I just spent 10€ and I can't play anymore. I tried other apps it works, I restarted my phone, switch my connection to Wi-Fi but there's nothing to do it keeps crashing. Help please!!

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY! PLEASE FIX THE SPEN ISSUE!!!!--SPen no longer works - no longer want to play, as the use of the SPen was the benefit of playing game and made it easier to move things around. I don't want to have zoom all the way in, in order to make sure I select the right item with my finger, which hinders theall around experience of the game since you can't see the full board. I'll play again if this is fixed.

New "Minor Bug Fixes" made it so you can't use the S Pen in the game for anything besides zooming in and out. Now it's nearly impossible to play the game without zooming in far enough to be sure your finger selects the correct tiny item and then attempting to maneuver the screen when you can only see a small area. Or you just click on everything around what your room trying to hit. Went from a fun game with simple controls to completely useless.

Latest update has locked the stylus response to be only zooming (can't scroll the maps, can't move anything, but the double tap to harvest still works). That's a huge deal breaker for me as it makes trying to play annoying. The only reason I played this merge game and their dragons one was because I could use my stylus. I'll be leaving my club and ditching these games for something else to kill time.

I started playing this game before I heard of Merge Dragons. I enjoy it, but with the multiple price hikes I can no longer support the game. There are always new levels coming soon too, why does it take so long for more levels to be updated and when the levels get here there are only about 5 levels. Edit: With the newest update I cannot use my Android stylus anymore. The stylus works with every other app & game. So this is a MM issue. I'm not the only one with this problem.

I love this game, except for the S Pen bug it occasionally gets. The bug wouldn't be so bad if it was fixed, but it takes weeks, and even after other updates it remains unfixed. It's really annoying and makes me not want to play. Aside from that, the game is really enjoyable, even when you're out of levels to play, because there's tons of stuff to do in the garden. If the bug was fixed I would change my rating.

Cloud saving is still broken. A new bug has appeared in recent weeks where an S Pen cannot be used to play: attempting to drag items around the map has the totally useful effect of zooming in and out instead, as if there was a phantom touch in the centre of the screen that only triggers when S Pen functionality is detected. Since a stylus is basically required to play this game, this makes it REALLY hard to enjoy.

Love this game. The only issues are that if you have a lot of single eggs that's hard to get they pile up and take up space. Having some sort of egg storage to keep them all would be great so the land isn't consumed by eggs, other than that it feels like it takes forever to unlock new land too. Great game otherwise

Initiated an accidental purchase of $100 on this one and contacted them through the in app help and email to get it reversed like their faq indicates you can for android. It's been over a week with no contact back. I've only opened the app to check the help chat. Support gets a single star from me. Don't play if you don't want this happening to you.

I do enjoy this game, it can be quite addictive. The events are decent and most of the levels are fun. Myonly problem is that Since the last update I can't play with my Stylus pen without holding down the button When trying to move things which is inconvenient.

The game Artwork is really beautiful, the creatures, the buildings, and all are fabulous, Merge Dragons can't stand up to it... however the gameplay could be better, some other games similar to this, have the option, to stop creatures from acting on their own... messing up the Garden completely... and it is really hard to get Magic Gems (unless paying for it)... I know it's business, but other games do give you more of the most precious resource...

Update: over 2 months later and they still haven't fixed the game. And I know this because I check the last update date, not because I'm playing. S Pen no longer works since last update. Support says they are aware of the problem and gave no ETA of a fix. I have bad hands and can't play without my S Pen. I really hope it's fixed soon and not a month from now when the normal next update is. It doesn't seem to be a priority. It's already been a week and a half. Incredibly disappointed.

About a month ago the s pen stopped working in game. They said they were gonna fix it but never have. It had made the value of the game go way, way down. I can't play the game effectively without the s pen in-game to accurately place items for optimum rewards. I tried to get into contact with them again today but got no reply. I've been playing for about 7 years. I'm thinking of quitting.

This game is loads of fun, and the graphics are much better than the new ones in Merge Dragons imo. It would get five stars, except you have to manually cloudsave your game every time you play or you lose all your progress if you switch devices. I got a new phone and lost my game, I was near the end of the currently released stages and had to start over. 😒

edit 2: Quitting this app for Wonder Merge which has a much smoother, user-friendly design. Merge Magic has a lot of issues. Namely lag and just half-hazard design. It's very pay-to-play and the cloud storage requiring Facebook is incredibly limiting. edit: two years later and this is still an issue... like the app. wish it would stop closing itself and losing my progress...

Gets pretty boring after awhile, you really can't get far without using real money. The gem eggs are next to impossible to get, the events take HOURS of harvesting trees to get even partway through them. Don't understand what's up with Dream Mountain... You just get stuck in it. There is very very little chance to move forward in this game. It's just repetitive harvesting.

IF YOU HOLD DOWN THE SIDE BUTTON ON THE S PEN, IT WILL ALLOW SCROLLING (but too bad ones finger tires very quickly from that and it's simply not a realistic option whatsoever!). Loss of the ability to use the S PEN *correctly* has made the game unplayable for me, unfortunately. I used to play this daily but I can't play at all now. I'm really far in this game, my camp map is nearly cleared, so obviously I've invested tons of time (and even some money here and there!). PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

Great game. It's like an early days Merge Dragon (by same company). The critters are more diverse : not just dragons but fairies, centaurs, mermaids... It would be great if it wasn't for the art style. I guess that's personal taste but the big glassy, empty anime eyes and simple art style is just unappealing for me. I'll stick to Merge Dragon for now.

I use to love this game, however the game has a glitch in it. It doesn't always save your progress. Even with the last 2 updates, it doesn't save your progress every time. I will no longer spend cash on this game, over the past few years I spent money for gems. Not anymore, the game has been uninstalled.

Fun but recently became a huge battery drain. A few minutes of play drains 40%. No problem with other apps, this is clearly the highest usage in my battery stats. Even after shutting the app, if I've opened it that day battery drains rapidly.

I love my experiences with merge magic! So much fun I love this game ❤! It's so exciting when you dicover something new!! The only thing I find annoying is waiting for your pets to wake up and trophies in order to play levels. Other than that, ITS AWESOME. Have fun!! 😄

Update has caused several problems. Lost ability to use a Samsung pen on my device. Can no longer save my progress with the cloud. It refuses to connect and now I'm going to lose my progress since then. No longer shows notification when 5 creatures can be merged. Please fix.

Greedy game. You need a lot of resources to get anywhere. Compass take a VERY long time to refill. Turning the auto merge off & turning on the require overlap on your settings only works in the garden (huge minus points here). Special events are a waste of phone battery, you can't complete it unless you leave your phone idle and let the game play on, this is very boring, and items cost A LOT more gems than normal during events. Like I said, VERY greedy.

2 gameplay issues I've noticed 1 the housing system is random when awakening a creature - it would be good if it allows you to select what type you want woke up first with a 24 hr cool down 2ns I play with no chain merging but the events ignore that setting and mass chain. It'd be good if the game events actually follow the game settings the player chooses

I've enjoyed playing this game. Recently though my samsung note pen that always worked with the game no longer does. After troubleshooting and resetting my pen, I believe it has to do with the developer updates. Please let this work again on the next bug fix.

5 stars to 1 star..This used to be my #1 game..played for hours with regular in app purchases! I thought the nib on my pen need to be replaced..after replacing the nib,checking my screen protector & closing/ reopening the app..that did not work..i thought to check for updates..come to find out, the top two reviews are about this very thin..It's not my S-pen!!! NOW..I can't use my S-pen to play..only able to zoom in/out..which makes it difficult & no fun to play..please fix this problem. Thanks
