Meritrust CU Mobile Banking

Love the app, love the people and customer service I've received since becoming a member. Everything is great about the app. Easy, simple, and clean cut. Really like fast balance and the widget for checking my balances. The only 1 thing I'd love to see is a dark mode setting. This would be tremendous as some people really benefit from not having such a blinding experience when utilizing. Other than than, Perfecto!

I use the app frequently and now more than ever since there are no Meritrusts in my area. They keep improving the app over time too. It cannot send a check to someone else by taking a picture... yet, but I heard they are working on it.

I don't know why but they make paying off our loan super difficult. Any other app you add your CC then have them auto deduct on a specific date. Here, you have to load money from the CC to your account then pay your loan from that account. I tried setting up an autopay but that did not work causing a late fee...apparently the only way to set up autopay is by calling them and asking for a paper form...might need to refinance just to avoid dealing with them and the app.

The app is very easy to use and is so nice to be able to check balances and purchases that have gone through on what date etc.. It's also very handy that I'm able to see when a deposit is pending and shows what day it will post too.. highly recommended..

This app was working on my android phone for long time. Then I made an upgrade and the app didn't work anymore. It is an excellent application. I really love this app. I was doing all my transactions online. Then I removed it to reinstall it, and now says that LG V30 is not compatible and doesn't let me install it. 2nd try. Somebody from your IT found out that my phone needed an Android upgrade from 7.0 to 8.0 and boom, is working. Thanks

I can't explain how much I hate the camera shutter sound that you can't disable and even with all volumes down all the way, it still amplifies throughout the entire office, causing everyone to look. Update, a year later: The shutter sound is still absolutely awful. It genuinely makes me not want to use the app. I hate this app so much. It's a super easy fix and they just don't care.

Very useful app. I now live 300 miles from my home credit union in Wichita and still use it daily because I have this app. I can easily see every transaction, do transfers and whatever I need my account to do.

Been with them for years. Mobile banking is very user friendly. If you have any questions or concerns, real people are only a phone call away. I'm a senior citizen with some disability issues and this app is very easy to use for an older person who is not tech savvy!

The most easily user friendly App for personal or business bank accounts. Accessing, transferring, spending is all very straight forward and useable.

Great app, I like it more than my old banks app. The only improvement I can think of is fingerprint login.

Very easy to use, convenient, love that it works quickly, can deposit checks by taking a picture, it has a money manager to help you budget

Sometimes when I try to log in it sits there saying "please wait" for several minutes before I give up and close the app. When I need to check my information on the go and can't access a computer this is EXTREMELY inconvenient. I enjoy the app but its practically unusable for days at a time because it won't let me log in. Please fix so I can actually use the app as intended.

It works really well. Only have had experience with one other mobile app and I got to the point where I just went into the main site because the mobile app was terrible. Not the case with this. The fact that I can deposit checks with my phone makes not having brick and mortar buildings nearby a non-issue. Have had questions for customer service several times always handled professionally and with politeness. So glad I moved to Meritrust! And glad I installed the mobile app!

Makes banking SO much easier. I can transfer money from one account to another. The balance has been accurate so I always know how much I have. It has a feature where you can find the closest ATM or branch. You can apply for loans through the app as well and pay on loans as well through the app.

I do not like the new changes it jumbles everything together instead of separating it by date making a quick glance easier and I don't like that it doesn't show the available balance and the regular balance anymore also makes it where you have to look into your checkbook more to know what you've got pending I wish you would put it back like it was

My overall experience has been pleasant. This app is easy to use and simple. It has a nice layout and design too. I don't deposit paychecks via taking a photo with this app, so I cannot speak about that. I have direct deposit with my jobs.

Love the convenience of this app. So handy to deposit checks from the comfort of my home. No driving or dangling out my car window trying to reach buttons on a machine that are hard to reach. Love that it is instant and no glitches. Thanks for this app!

I love the app it makes life so much easier I can. check on my account's when ever I want, From where ever I am at. Witch give's me a sense of relief. It also makes paying my bills so much easier. I also love how I can transfer my money. From my checking account to my saving account hassle free. I would recommend this app to anyone, Who banks with Meritrust Credit Union.

the only issue I have is that this apps update isn't allowing me to upload a check anymore. always gives me an error and that it can't validate the check. Never had any issues before the last update. other than that it's great!

Upon initial use, I like the format! Only 4 stars because of automatic check capture in the remote deposit feature. Manual is easy, though. Very clear instructions for using it, so overall great app!

Overall it works fine but sometime it doesn't allow you to login and it takes time updates transactions. I'm not sure if those issues are do to the app or the bank's processing department. I like that app overall.

I love this app very easy. But i have tried to add an external transfer account and either i dont get the code or it doesnt work. I have called and cant do it over the phone. Very frustrating

Most times this app is great; although it seems quite often it's unable to complete my transaction because of one of several reasons, i.e., doing update, system is down, etc. I do appreciate the convenience the app affords me to do all my banking transactions on my mobile device.
