Easy to use and faster than using the web address. User-friendly. Web address sometimes has me re-verify information, no need for that on the app.
High ease of use but I cannot find my account number and Mertitus' routing number in app. Not sure if that info is not available, or I'm not looking in the right place... I have it in a paper folder at home, but that isn't super convenient. Love that Zelle is included in app as well as mobile deposit. The prompt does remind you to endorse your check (for mobile deposit) but doesn't include the specific verbiage they'd like for it to be endorsed with. That would be helpful to me☺️
The app (at least tonight) kicked me out twice, then was very slow to come up to login. Then I was requested to change my password! Your system took a good bit to accept the new password. As for the program itself, one item I'd like to see added, would be have the bank send a notification when charges post, like Chase bank does for their clientele. Also, one my monthly checks is SUPPOSED to post on the first of each month, it has repeatedly posted after that date, and YES I contacted the bank!
Love being able to check my balance without having to log in. Relatively easy to transfer $ between accounts. Overall decent app. Although, I really hate not being able to log in at the times I need to transfer money, mostly between midnight and 3am. Direct deposits clear at midnight but I don't have access to transfer, pay bills, or withdraw $ until after 2:30 every single month. It happens more than just payday, but always after midnight. Edit: Haven't been able to open since the last update
Really love the credit union... But hating the app! Especially when i am trying to log in or send zelle payments... It doesn't let me login r when i try to zelle all i get is processing! Please fix ASAP! 😞 Please fix all the crashing with this app! I cant sign on to transfer money before a bill is due... Because it crashes! I done uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times! Aggravating!!!
It is very convenient and easy to use. It saves me trips to the bank and calls to customer service. I definitely recommend using the app. It is also very great for you to monitor and mange your accounts. You can monitor what you are spending, what is pending, and it's quick to detect fraud!
It doesnt want to open to the app, uninstall a few times still nothing, i have a new phone s22 ultra the app is not working but didnt have the problem with previous phone s10 plus. FIX IT PLEASE
Constantly have issues with logging in. I then set up fingerprint login and trying to login now and it's asking for my password and acts like I never set up fingerprint login, very frustrating app!
So, I recently got a new phone and since I've gotten it I've been unable to access the app. I'm not sure if it's because of the new phone or what because I've never had a problem before but it's making things really inconvenient for me now.
Wasn't able to even access the app as it kept giving me an error message upon startup. Tried reinstalling but same problems occurred.
No problems when using the internal transfers but using Zelle is always a problem. Tried using only the zelle app but keeps getting redirected to merits zelle which does not work.
Good except it doesn't save the entire (very long) user name issued by the bank so I have to look it up and enter it every time I log in.
The app started closing after new software updates. Went to AT&T and was told Meritus and vice versa. Problem never resolved.
Great app, easy to use UI of not slightly dated looking, but it works and that's the most important

The app won't even open on my phone all I get is a white screen and the app closes itself.

Online check deposit is not great because you have no ability fory Google pixel's camera to manually focus.

Meritus Credit Union apps don't open up on the new Samsung 22 Ultra the app just freeze up

Very clunky and hard to make payments.
Doesn't work for Android devices anymore. Called mobile support and she said it's an issue for Android phones, but to check account online. Not cool nor fair to all credit union members. Everyone does not use an apple phone. Make the app useful for all mobile devices, not just apple.
