the app is very plain. I understand this is a credit union, but the app needs to be more like my Bank of America App. I never have to log on from a computer, the BofA does it all. your app does not have enough and the website has way too much. just my opinion.
Cant do anything with the app beside of checking my balance....it's pointless...it needs some serious improvement, work and development....please fix.
Mostly useless. Good for checking balance, but not much else. Mobile deposit is hit-or-miss (mostly miss).
This app needs to stop doing maintenance in the middle of the day, it's not quick and is very inconvenient. Make it a midnight or 2am thing not 3-5pm in the afternoon for crying out loud

App does not work on an S9+. Upon trying to login, it just says there's a problem and then crashes.

Cannot login using app. Thought it was suppose to be down sunday...
Not user friendly at all. I have already set up external accounts with Meriwest, in order to pay for loans, via other accounts. However the app will not recognize them. Thus making payments on loans only available when on a pc or laptop. This is highly inconvenient in this day and age. I am 95% mobile these days and pay everything via apps and or online payment services. Well until now. Please fix this, it is 2018.
Fails to work on my Samsung Galaxy S5 G870A. It did previously, bit after reimaging phone, it gives a service unavailable error everytime it's launched now. I end up just using their website in a browser now. Very annoying.
Impossibly hard to make loan payments from outside accounts. My bank account info is saved in my account but the app doesn't recognize it. I tried finding an option to add it via the app and have yet to figure it out. Their website is nearly as impossible to navigate because it's so awfully designed too.
