Merkury Home Bundle

I am very please with this app. well the app I use is actually geeni. It runs all my Merkury bulbs and plugs and 4 cameras. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I have problems with it working with multiple lights or switches on one unit. Like a 3 bulb on one light unit in my bathroom. But maybe they will fix that at some point. Or it just may be my old light fixture. Who knows. But I have 3 outside lights, 4 cameras and 8 inside lights and 2 plugs and 1 multy plug. And they all work fine, except for the ones I mentioned before. It was easy to set up. Just open the Geeni app, put you bulb in and turn on, go into app. and hit the plus sign to add a new item. It searches for it, it may take a couple of minutes. It will tell you if you are successful. You can name it also. Do the same for plugs and cameras. Hope this is helpful.

As many times as I've tried I cannot find a way. your apps instructions are not clear and I can't find a website to help me at all I cannot for the life of me connect this to my Google assistant and Google home. So having said that, if that's what you looking for a beware do some good research before you buy another pair or alternate lighting to function with your Google assistant or Google home devices this might not be your first choice but it might not necessarily be your last choice either.

l downloaded the app and gave it a try.. To me its useless... I use the Geeni app to connect and operate Merkury products.. Several types of lightbulbs and cameras, a smart plug even a Merkury Diffuser... All work well with Geeni app and Google home as well when the 2 apps apps are connected.. im going to delete this app as the other works so well without it..

Can't download app, can't sync the bulb, but if you just screw it in you get a nice strobe light. I would avoid this if you are prone to seizures, or if you just hate junk that doesn't work right.

I got the merkury lightbulb at a gift exchange, and I've been looking all over for the app to get the light bulb to work. The geeni light app doesn't exist. Don't even bother downloading it. I recommend trying to return the lightbulb for maybe one of a different brand. This one doesn't work at all.

I'm trying to use a Geeni smart plug, but the app I need to download through Merkury shows up as not available on google play. How am I supposed to use the app that comes in the box for the switch, if it's not on the play store?

This app does nothing but send you to another app.and their bulbs suck. They use only 2.4ghz WiFi and if you don't have that(only 5ghz) then the bulb is trash. I have a smart bulb from a different company and it worked in less than 60seconds

We have tried over and over again to hook up our merkury wifi camera and every app is inefficient on guiding us thru the set up snd operations of this cam and this one u click merkury smart camera and it tries to take u to the play store but never loads its frustrating and highly angers me that we wasted money on this camera that is impossible to operate

Wow . Got this on a Black Friday deal . Picked up one to check it out before buying 20+ Glad I did ! Going elsewhere. Could have been good . But that's only could have . Taking my hard earned money elsewhere. You all should to :(:( .

None of the apps are copmatible with my chromebook, I bought an sd card for my camera but it won't save recordings, and takes random pictures.

I can't even get the damn app to start a download. All it keeps saying is "waiting for download" and i have a perfectly good signal.

This company, who sells its smart products through Walmart, cannot provide apps that allow customers to use their smart devices. I'm surprised Walmart is doing business with them. I am filing a complaint with Walmart next. Someone has to fix this problem.

Junk junk cameras use to work get until last update. Avoid this like the plague

The Mercury's bulbs unpair and start flashing every time someone turns the wall switch off. Junk app. Junk bulbs.

This app only opens the other apps that controls the Merkury (Geeni) lights and camera. Not really useful.

Bah hahahaha! Every time I press connect on this app it gives me another dollar! This app is awesome! Thanks Merkury..

So bad was trying to hook a camera and instructions wasn't clear so I was left confused 😡I give up. If I had a choice of 0 stars I would take it

It's just a link to other apps. We bought outlets that say we need the geeni app but it doesn't exist.

All the app is is a link to get other apps! It does nothing really useful.

There is no app for downloading, none are compatible.

Apps not work at all. I will be returning the light bulbs to Walmart tomorrow. I can't believe you produced such a garbage product. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will not buy a product from this company again.
