Signing in is easy and everything usually works for me. The one major issue I have with this app using on a galaxys8, is mobile deposit. I can scan the front of a check fine but every single time I try to take a picture of the rear endorsement it takes me atleast 30 mins and sometimes it's not even clear. The lighting needs to be very precise

I couldn't even sign up the app keeps crashing. When it sent the confirmation number to my email and I backed out to get the number the app crashed so I couldn't put the number in and when I opened it again it was at the main menu and now my online banking account is locked because I didn't put the confirmation number in but its not giving me the option to. This app really pissed me off in the last 30 minutes.

This app is terrible. It crashes literally every single time I use it. Even when I completely close out of it, it will NOT come back up. After dealing with that, I've been trying to make a mobile deposit for 30 minutes now. After struggling just to get an image that wasn't cut off, it rejects the deposit, with no reason whatsoever. I've had online banking for more than 30 days so I'm not considered a new user, and even if I was, I doubt that my $300 check would've exceeded any limit.

this app was amazing until android 9 rolled out. your March update has not fixed this. I try to login with my info and it says USERPASS LOCKOUT. I go to the web browser and it works fine with the same password. honestly really annoying.

The App has not worked in over two weeks. I just trouble shot with Google for an hour. The diagnosis points toward the developer as the issue. Can someone please take responsibility and resolve this issue.

updated Samsung 9 and now this app wont work. it's a struggle when you pay all your bills online and use mobile deposit. tried reaching out and no one even gets back to me.

App keeps crashing as soon as I open it. Issue from the last two weeks or so. Fix it and then I'll change my rating.

Uh ohhhhh. Updated my Samsung Galaxy S9+, and now the app wont work at all. Rebooted, uninstalled, and reinstalled and still nothing. Needs a fix fast!!!!!!!!

I just updated my phone software to android Pie and my app wont open. It just says its unavailable . Ive tried taking it out, reinstalling, nothing works!!!!! please fix

Now it's working with Android 9.0 but everytime I try to login it says USERPASS Lockout. Not sure what this is about but I can log in through the web browser.

Updated, working perfectly now. I'm having the same issue as everyone else with the app not working since the S9 update.

Terrible, crashes all the time. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall app for it to work

App was great before I updated my o.s. Now it flashes an error message at me and I cant open the app and it freezes my phone up. please fix

this application stopped working a month ago. since my last Samsung upgrade I get a blinking error window that locks my phone up completely.

Used to love it, but I also have Galaxy S9, and now cannot use the app. Please fix this now! It's been weeks!

upgraded my samsung s9 now i cnt get in the app...it flashes saying not available..i reset my phone..uninstalled and reinstalled app and nothing works..

Updated note to latest software and now the app wont work tells me that the services are currently unavailable...👎👎👎

wish it would show pending transactions. otherwise it's great.

Please fix the android update issue. I need to be able to access my account on a daily basis and this is a HUGE problem.
