Needs major update/overhaul as far as connection accuracy. Times out frequently, also don't get notifications for motion detected until 10 mins afterward, therefore a huge delay in reaction time. Setup was also a nightmare, with no help from C.s. or TUTORIAL anywhere. Subscription is WAY overpriced for 5 second CLIPS! Cameras do have accurate, clear night vision and the image is great for a $30 camera. Sound doesn't always come through on playback. Overall, my biggest issues are with the app!

This app is ticking me off!! I've repeatedly tried to install my Zmodo cameras that I've had for years! And the only way you can is by scanning the barcode, which this app doesn't do 🤷🏼‍♀️ then to top it off when you input the bar code manually you can't get any further!! Don't download hoping for an easier way because this app is just pointless!!

Love the cameras. Would like to see a future update on app to easily switch between cameras with a swipe vs going out to main menu and selecting another camera. And maybe an auto scroll function to allow automatically switching from camera to camera on a loop. Nice inexpensive camera. Handles exposure to outside elements whether it was designed to or not. 2 months on top of a flag pole in snow and rain with no issues so far. Have others mounted outside on window sills for a year plus.

Easy set up. Easy to use. Just wish you didn't have to really watch the video and had a separate tab for just all motion events. But they are great cameras.

I've had my security cameras for 4yrs now! And, all 8 of my cameras still work fine! Very clear video footage and the night vision is even better! Only problem is the glitches.... especially when you see a car pull up then it just disappears 😩🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

This app is so slow! It literally makes my live feed glitch out, and also makes it run behind real-time. I would not recommend this to anyone. And 4.99 per month for something this glitchy is ridiculous 🙄

Been using it for years now and the app is slowly getting better now. Good service & great cams! 📹 Something I'd like to see in the future would be the ability to select certain AI qualities to filter your notifications with. Ex, I have set to only receive notifications on my 'door cameras' group, otherwise I get too notifications many on the others. Wish I could have notifications 'On', on all my cameras...but only if it's a person or the like. A guide for use w/smart speakers, plz! 🔊🤞

I want to love this app and rely on it but 75% of the time I can not view recorded events or it takes forever to load and playback video. It is not reliable and sometimes the live video never loads or the playback history. I'm running on a Google pixel phone, the iOS version seems to run much faster and more reliable than the Android app. I'm hoping this will be fixed soon.

I have become more familiar with this program and I have solved some of the issues I had with the help of the support team who are very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope to improve the video timeline. It stops and starts missing several seconds sometimes. My upload and download speeds are pretty good and the cameras are not very far from the router so it's a bit aggregating that it continues to be a problem. I can recommend the system with reservations. For the cost it's pretty good.

Overall the app is ok. The camera quality is great. My issue is that I often have major issues even getting access to the app. It won't open. Ask me to login. Takes forever, doesn't log in & then it says server timed out. This last for hours. It is very frustrating with the frequency it happens. UPDATE: The app doesn't play live without it freezing or the app crashing completely. It is extremely inconvenient & quite annoying. I have three cameras & they consistently say timed out.

Constant playback issues. It takes multiple restarts of the application to get video playback to work 95% of the time. Live video works more often than not, but it's still obnoxious that video playback for portions of the day take multiple attempts to load. The video footage is there, so it's absolutely an issue with the serverside handling of data on meShare.

Doesn't work. Awful setup process. I try to register and it doesn't accept my new account but gives me no feedback as to what field needs correction. The only thing support does is push for paid subscriptions. Instead of helping new users get set up and working , they just keep telling you to purchase the cloud service. I'd like to know that this works before I pay for anything.

PROS: EZ to navigate, surprisingly wide viewing area, small size allows for more places to mount out of sight, great night vision clarity, and price is awesome! CONS: 2-way audio has atrocious delay & at max volume is still quite inadequate. Does not support 5ghz networks. Worst feature is the scanning of QR code during setup. Continuously times out, next to impossible to get camera to read QR code (no other way to set up device either). I would have given 5 stars if not so frustrating to setup

Garbage app. Not user friendly, doesn't give alerts, audio doesn't work, time stamps are wrong even when timezone is correct, keeps dropping camera connection, and they expect you to pay for cloud service for your cameras to work. Video playback skips whole minutes at a time, so depending on where the skip happens, using this to ID is useless. Also, you can't even set up your cameras with this app, you have to download something else even though this is the app they tell you to use.

setup and image quality is great but the app is nearly unusable. only watching live works well. video brutally stutters on playback. have tried watching playback on PC as well and it might actually be worse. it's not updated to the minute. trying to clip videos just fails right away. if the app improves I would certainly recommend but can't right now

This app has a lot of potential. It seems to have to issues with loading past video and half the time will tell you there was motion, but you cant view it immediately. i have 100mg broadband and both cameras are place for great wifi connection and i dont believe the internet or wifi is the issue. nice app but the bugs need some attention. I can get most issues to go away when i clear the cache. But I shouldn't have to do that any time i want to view my cameras especially if it's an emergency.

I bought these little cameras to replace some older pan & tilt cameras. I like the small size and the multiple functions in the app. The video is crisp and clean. The cloud feature is great because it is free for the next 6 months. You can view the cameras on a phone, tablet with the app and on a PC or a laptop using your web browser. The camera set up is very easy via the app. I would recommend this wifi camera.

It works for its purpose, but runs *constantly* in the background. Even if you kill the service in Developer Options, it relaunches itself, consuming 150+ MB of memory and constantly tries to phone home (presumably to check for alerts). The video playback only seems to work if you're on the same local network as the device. I'm not calling a number to fix this. The app still loves to consume my battery even when sitting idle.

I've been using this since November but now I've recently had problems. It gets stuck in away mode making my phone ding everytime we walk through. I've tired uninstalling and it does the same thing. Now that my free subscription is ending it should work it's best but nope. And it's been too long for a return. Another device made just to last 6 months so you can be a sucker and get more. No thanks
