I installed this app on my new android tablet because I have it on my phone and like it. However, when I open the app there's no way to send or receive messages.
Thought this was the official Google Messages app under the same name, but it's not. Pop up ads soon as I opened.
Cool but needs background or wall paper customization options...and type writer font options and free theme options.
I have an Android tablet and I could get SMS messages sent to me, even when I attempted to install other apps, ie, What app and was to receive my confirmation code..and could not..!
to many steps are and it is very confusing. No comparison to the original Messages!
I downloaded Messages app but it comes up as Messager. Not what I wanted. Messager seems to hijack the Messages download.

I full on hate this app you have to have social media to use it. It probably says that but I dont think you need to read that for a messenger.
I have no idea how to receive messages and absolutely no indication of how to find out. App fail.

Google + is still being advertised here and elsewhere. One has to login to Google w/ password maybe 2Step Verification to find out it is no longer supported which seems to me a total waste of nonprecious time. If you had been on top of your game your app would not contain outdated advertising or information, but thankyou for the red umbrella address
