Messenger and Chat Lock

Hasn't failed to lock my apps yet; FB messenger, messages, gallery, Instagram, settings and Gmail. So far I can't find any way around it either. Even when someone borrows my phone to make a call and the phone itself is unlocked the apps still require passcode. If you navigate away from the app and hit the back button, passcode is required. Great app if you have a nosey bf/gf lol or kids that play on your phone!

I used another app lock program and I ended up uninstalling it and installing this one instead. This one is much more suited to my needs and have never had any issues with freezing, unlike the other one. I now have this one on both of my devices.

Well its does what it was made for but it has one big weakness and it's the messenger chathead as soon as someone messages you the chathead pops up and you can tap on it and from there you can enter the messenger...soo yeah that should be fixed The other thing is that sharing content is blocked So for example if you would want to share a video or image from Facebook or YouTube you can't because when the window pops up it blocks that and does cancelling the procedure.

Excellent App. Does what it says on the tin. Very occasionally there's a little hiccup and I'm able to access WhatsApp without being prompted for password but all in all very pleased with it

USELESS APP. I am disappointed. If the chathead notification is touched, the messenger chat opens without asking for password. The app works only for a few hours it seems. The coversation opened without asking for password after inactivity of over 12 hours. I won't recommend this app.

the only app locking app I have been able to find which can't be simply bypassed by uninstalling it. quite secure, works well, I have no problems with it.

Slow to lock , the apps already open but the chatlock only functions a few minutes later . From my experience , its not safe to use this app especially those who had lots of business matters in their hp . Hope the chatlock team improve and upgrade their system better next time . Thank you .

whenever I have to open whatsapp, the app freezes. so I have to wait until my tablet falls asleep & wake it back up & try to unlock it again. this doesn't happen with any other app

Happy with the app for a long time . Recently , it started working inconsistently else , would have given 5 star. Update : The app is not working properly. Thinking of uninstalling. Update : Uninstalled.

Pretty good app so far. Be aware power saving apps will often turn it off by default. But it does what it says. Love to see expanded common app block options.

It is not 80% securit because i try to bypass going in my message after add the lock to it and i override twice. So this is telling me that anybody still can get in my phone.

Not very effective, app stops the playing of videos or audio once a message comes in. This can be very frustrating.

locked app gets displayed for a few seconds and then the lock app closes it and asks for password. in that time, locked apps messages can be clearly readby anyone handling the phone.

I just downloaded this app, but i can already tell a lot of thought and hardwork was put into it. From the timed autolock to the various methods to prevent uninstall, I foresee this app being incredibly useful.

This app is always locking up to three times after initial inputing of my password. This is a slight on the App and programmers should work on it. I will give the App 70%.

Bad. It has just stopped working after 10. When keeps on stopping. When i go to lock application it starts again. Android 9.

Brilliant app i thought i would be spammed with ads as a promotion but it's a brilliant app so far no ads and easy to use also very secure with the snapshot feature

when in whatsapp keeps popping up with the lock menu and my video camera picture shrinks to a small picture. I have to keep putting in my code and then enlarging my video conversation continuously. This is why I uninstalled the program

So I've been running with the app on and it's supposed to require a pin every time I use one of the apps that I have selected to be locked it doesn't it hasn't I'm deleting it if I could give it a negative star I would

It's okay It does what it was made for but the only problem is that when a message pops up from messenger you can easily access it so thats a problem and it doesnt lock some apps... but it's ok

It's too good it protects our chats and gallery even playstore and when someone put the wrong pin it captures his or her pic but this app have ads issue in next update it should shortout...but l prefer everyone to install this app....I LOVE IT, AND U ALL WILL LOVE IT TOO 👍

Only some of the apps are locked, not all of them. Like WhatsApp isn't locking and other apps as well. I hope you fix this problem quickly. Otherwise this is a good app

Good, but not consistent. Sometimes it doesnt kick in until after text pops up. Great when it works though.

It's working good, but at the time of opening any locked app, first the it appears to open for 2 seconds then lock screens comes. Please do rectify this fault.

Using it to lock Whatsapp and messages. Keeps popping up asking for the passcode when I'm doing other things - mainly browsing internet sites. Glitch. Samsung S20.

It's bad because after I leave the apps I lock it let me use passwords so it's ok but next time I log into my apps then I leave them the Chat Lock doesn't work. I cannot use it anymore. I'm going to uninstall it.

Don't like that the app that is blocked blinks on for a second letting you see the screen before the lock comes on. Other words 5 stars.
