Messenger Home - SMS Widget and Home Screen

This is not an app, its a virus. Preinstalled on my new phone, cannot be uninstalled. Constant notifications about phone privileges and trying to be the default app for everything. Completely takes over your home screen masquerading as your OS when it's actually just the app. Adverts literally everywhere, interspersed between you texts. You should be ashamed for making this absolutely awful bloatware, and ashamed for all the 5* reviews you've bought, because no one with 2 braincells will like it

This app completely takes over phones of unsuspecting users, especially the ones who are not very tech savvy. It replaces them, adds a huge bunch of stuff that slows down the phone and a lot of these apps are huge security risks that auto read your whatsapp statuses and other private stuff. Stay a 100 miles away from it.

This app is forced on us.. I took it off because my phone stopped obeying my commands. Then I got a signal notification and ordered to install. Then none of the ways to remove would work again. My screen filled with ads that do not remove on the first try .. I have preferences, why are we not permitted to choose what we prefer. If you are an android phone, then only put android apps on from the start. Don't do the old bait and switch. You offer us choice until we are on. Then you switch the set up where we have to choose what you decide. Is it because you did not do due diligence to find out what your systems could support before you sold your product? Android was good a few years ago. Now you want in full control of my phone? I bought it. Paid for in full. Back to messenger home... it is not friendly.. Technology is being sold before it is even finished for your product. Improvents would always be welcomeb, ..but these are changes, not improvements, that are being forced on us after the fact. Happy when we purchased, but not after you changed our products

It was okay at first. Then was inundated with unwanted dating ad, that I couldn't delete or block. They kept sending it to my phone although I never opened the link to the ad. Tried to Uninstall and wouldn't allow that either, so I had to force stop messenger home. Now I don't think I'm getting any of my texts. I don't like ads clogging up my messages especially when I can't delete or block them. Why keep sending an ad I'm clearly not interested in?

Very simple to opperate,for a more mature experience without the cut-in interruptions from other apps. The download's are very simple as when to start the load. Then the type of resolution you'd prefer (High,Medium, or Low) is seamless during the load process. Taking this app. To number one in the play store or in the world for that matter. It's one of the applications you really want to try to experience the full blown goodness of sayed app.

I did not have good experience with this apps for the first time but that doesn't make it bad there are some bugs and fixes that should be addressed but I don't believe it is fair to say it is all bad there are a lot of moving parts and things to go wrong..I will give this a 3 on the basis that I have not reviewed this enough to give my actual feedback..to the bugs on it the home screen overlays the whole screen it locked ne out some fxes needed email@dev-corp or the email you sww above.

Not very user friendly, ads are irritating and cannot get rid of them, can't hold drafts, screen is too busy, not simple to view, can't block unwanted incoming. Also I have recieved more spam and nuisance calls than ever before. Once uninstalled realized it had taken over my phone and everything on it. Scary apps be carefull using this app.

You guys aren't hearing us this app is horrible Double text when you're texting something feedback feedback from talk to text that adds words it takes words that you don't say and makes up sentences it'll be right in the queue and then you press the toggle to make it send and when it lands the words have switched it has happened more than once and I verified with your system not mine it's horrible man just horrible I'm hoping you guys will get the king's worked out because like the idea.

I love the future it's all your messages in one place. Also like hell the ads are in text form unless you press on them then you see the picture. It could be used as Very deceptive as well. Also love the way you can customize things the emoji feature and how you can watch ABS to unlock features that's cool.

It's been a while since I got into a page that app that took care of everything for me self-explanatory really easy to use I found that the results was pretty good I recommend to anyone to try it and see for their self am he might want to go with flowers things is pretty different kinds of roses and flowers and background sceneries

I greatly dislike this app. It allows all sorts of spam in as well as numerous ads. Very frustrating. The method for disabling it described online does not work. Got it by mistake and now I have to travel to a tech to get it off my back. Ugh!

Kind of rough to figure out how to get the message off the front of my phone. I figured it out. Work really well then it pops up, it wants you to pay for other apps. That's not cool, it's some type of like black male or something . Cool at first but then you got to pay for it, if you don't pay for it continuous pop ups! 🚫🚫🚫 Not cool.... 🥴🥴

My app do not my messages, Promptly. The features are difficult. Sending is a problem. Something is Not set up right. I've never had so much probles just to send a message.

Updated and now have a square with people I msg. I don't want this on my screen! I try to text someone I don't text often and I have to leave the app look it up in contacts then go back to it to be able to text them. There is a different msg app I prefer but if I switch and try to open that one, the messenger home one comes up and doesn't let me use it. I reallllllly dislike this app!!!

This is all bad this app CONTROLS YOUR WHOLE PHONE I advice y'all do not download this app if you want you phone act like it has a virus or something!! It's made my phone warm up and its makes my better charges up slowly and drains slowly the calls would not go through and my mobile internet would cut off and on it controls whole phone Im disappointed that I trusted this app this is all false its failed 👎☹👎 I'm very upset and disappointed now I found reason. My phone been messing up badly..

This ap is loaded w ads. Wanna send a text? Get a pop up ad in your face 1st. Also...completely scrambled my screen...moving every single icon off. And...ill get a pop up if i get a txt, but then the actual message is missing! If this is in anyway related to facebook's Messenger...they blew it. If not, Facebook needs to force them to change the name

I truly dislike your program! There are more ads than texts. My last phone was FAR superior in the messaging than yours. I thought this new version would change that but if I could change it, I'm stumped with how. Again... Horrible!

As soon as I downloaded Messenger Home it changed the format of my phone and some of the apps where frozen in a strange position.I tried to fix the problem but I couldn't figure out how.Also my phone kept dinging. I was able to uninstall it and recover my old format.I use the original Messenger an it works excellent for my phone.I believe it doesn't fit this phone.I didn't Evan get a chance to use Messenger Home just spent a few hours trying to fix my phone back to the way it works.

Messages don't get relayed quickly. Alerts are always late or never received. Can't send pics efficiently. Whole process is laborious. And since the update, it's usage is a force or no shortcut app buttons.

I am new to using phones for anything except calling. So it took me a while to get used to this app. Once I understood it was a home page app, controlling what other apps appeared, I loved it. Also like the custom skins, etc. All apps are visible under the home page (swipe app first) but you choose which to see on the home page, where they are quickly accessible.

I accidentally downloaded this app and it has taken over my phone. I have a big red box on my home screen saying I can't use it unless I make it my default. I tried to uninstalled it and it will not uninstall!

When I want to send a message it always askes me to enter either a name or phone number. Even you have sent a text to the person at a previous time. I'm strongly thinking about deleting the app.not easy

Too much junk (ads, etc). Cannot remove app easily. Very confusing when you try to search.

DO NOT load this app. It will change the configuration of your phone with no way to restore it. I had to do a factory reset to get this garbage off my phone.

Completley rearanged my apps and the user interface in general is a mess. Full of adds between messages.

Again truconnect whenever I experience a loss with some phone services,you always seem to sence be alert for my need for a phone.Thanks for Truconnect.

Used to be able to block nudity pop-ups etc and others that need blocking.....now you charge for blocking...... 😞 not good. You also allow pop-ups during my reading articles from educational, news and even Bible messages ....... 😞

My phone is new, never had one so slow in giving me my messages. Sometimes it's 2min.waittime. Other apps aren't that slow.

Professional use with this method is actually 👌 & it isn't utilized that often. The money has to be in a budget of self-employed salary or checks! Cool, it works.

I don't like everything that I have to do to see my messages and it's very slow sending and receiving messages! Quite frankly I would prefer the old messenger site!
