This has to be the absolute worst bank the worst ap also..I have called customer service to have my pass word reset and they said that they cannot do that !! Do you believe that!! They have put a hold on my card so that we can not get any money off the card nothing can't spend a dime of our money!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my life. We will be changing banks that is most definitely for sure.. I do not recommend this bank or any card that is associated with it. Stay away!!
App doesn't seem to be compatible with Global Cash Card users. I'm not able to even log in, much less access any of the features.
I have never been able to log on to my account even while I was on the phone with customer service who kept resetting my password and my username and it still wouldn't let me log on I would not recommend this app for anybody
I've called customer service to try to login i gave them all the correct information and i still dont have access to my account this is annoying!!!!

Won't let you sign into the app, but let's you sign into your account online? What's going on? I just made my account & I know for a fact I put in the correct info & I still can't log in
Won't let me create a username but you have to sign in to get it . So I'm stuck with a card that don't work
Says mine is rooted but I didnt know what that was until I googled it. The customer service agent said she would escalate that was over a week ago .once the card was activated they haven't answered phone
never had an account withMetaBank and yet can't open up one due to the system thinking I have an account. Trying to open an online account.
it says as soon i first downloaded this app ti log in, but i dont have an account or ever downloaded this app before yet its nkt giving me the option to create an account! so im confused on how i do that if someone could help me with that i would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!
the ability to deposit a check from home, is amazing! Saves so much time!

They got a new app just search NetSpend and it will pop up it should be an orange app. meta bank is controlled by NetSpend
Trying to get my checking account number which I need for my rent rebate. Cant get rush card on phone and cannot get access online for almost 2 years.
I love the app, however, it seems like it is down for maintenance a lot.

Great app, you can't screen shot your account, which is a plus
If you put your card on hold it won't give you the option to take it off hold. I had to call customer service and it took a week until I was able to use my card.
I can't do anything with this app it keeps telling me I have to turn off something I don't understand it

forced banking app from multiple employers. login difficulties. presents security risk to Android storage and permissions regulators.
Customer service just hangs up and won't actually answer. I hate this account. My employer forced me into it now I have to pay to get money off of the card and am limited to only getting 500 per day... So it takes 3 or more days and roughly 20 dollars to get my money out of this bank.
