Doesn't offer much more control than the buttons already on your ATEM, so the computer app is still needed. No way to trigger macros, can't change the keyer source, can't pick files from the media player, etc. I guess if you need remote access to basic buttons like changing cameras or turning keyers on and off it is fine, but I was expecting much more.... Just the ability to recall and run stored macros would be a huge plus.
When it works, it works great, better than any other app with similar functionality. Unfortunately, sometimes I can't connect to the switcher, no matter what I do. I tried power cycling the switcher, rebooting my phone, etc,... Then maybe the next day it starts working again, with the exact same setup.
Works great. Just keep in mind only 1 app device can be connected to the switcher and switching at the same time. Everytime I tried it with 2 devices one of the apps crashed. I dont believe that's the apps fault. Maybe, just the limitation of the BMD switchers. Solid app. I'm very happy with it.
I've been using PRO with the ATEM 1/ME at my church for a while now. It also works flawlessly with my ATEM mini - You can buy pro by just trying to assign a button to any DSK function (Which is a pro function). You'll be greeted with an option to let you buy PRO to enable that function (Even though the BUY PRO button does not work). - It's great that Black Magic Design uses the same communication protocol across their devices. Way to go METAControl and BlackMagic Design!!! - BTW, I own several Android devices, and they all get authorized to PRO with one purchase. All of them connect to the ATEM Mini at the same time. They all UPDATE real time. - AWESOME APP!!!
I use it with an ATEM blackmagic HD. It s really simle and fast and good. All i need can be configure very very fast. It 's a must have application for anyone who need to control an ATEM Switcher from Blackmagic
I love the idea of the app. It switches cameras well. I can't get it to control the 'REC' record button even though I paid for the full version.
Pretty good app for a phone to control the ATEM mini Pro. We can configure the setting of each of the alloted buttons but would've appreciated if there were more functions that we could access to control the console in this app
Works OK on my Mini Pro ISO but needs a few tweaks. Please be able to assign buttons to immediate output switching without opening that extra selection dialog box. For what I need, it's fine.
Great app for switching cameras in Atem mini - but I cannot buy the pro version (hitting the buy pro button nothing happens) and I cannot map the "picture in picture" buttons (might be a pro function?). Cudos to the developer for this app.
Very simple to set up and use with my Atem Mini Pro. Absolutely great for a one man streaming setup wherebi want to move around adjusting cameras while continuing to control tge mix.

Not worming on Android 10... Needs updating. Connection issues would be nice to see sorted too.
My ATEM Mini PRO is on my wired network. The META control on my Android Tablet is wireless. How do I connect METAControl in these circumstances?
Does not see my ATEM Mini Pro, even when I put in the IP address. There is no other help available.
Good app, however ATEM hangs (totaly freeze, needs restart) on manual transition, latest firmware.

Hey.. just tested and it works with the ATEM Mini Pro too!! Will change to 5 stars if I can get the "buy now" to work so I can access other feature

I've used this app for many years now and it is an amazingly awesome, simple, and useful tool for controlling atem switchers. Highly recommended. Atem TV studio HD does not have a front panel button for the upstream keyer so this app gives you the ability to assign a key in the app without having to use the mouse to click the software control panel.
