This app used to be perfect. But after the reecnt update i cant get passed the log in screen because the app keeps crashing! Please fix!
Quick access is not really working lately. Apps seems to have a few more bugs than usual.
I actually own the building that the Cleary Metairie bank office branch is located in, so all is good. Why is this relevant.

Junk and bank not helpful
Keep getting a message that says accounts are not eligible. I have only been using it for about 2 years now and all of a sudden it doesn't work. Junk. Even tried uninstall and reinstall.

This is a great app. Your wonderful staff is the best, however, this will help after hours.

Simple and easier to use than the website
For five years I've had Metairie Bank. About two years ago, It started asking to register my phone number, whether it was business or personal, and lock me out because it was already registered They said last time that I couldn't have the same phone for both accounts. Nonsense They insist I must get another number for business. Over 25 years, this was never a problem at any other bank, and they were able to link the accounts.I'll be switching banks next week to one that has 21st century tech.
