Metal Slug Infinity: Idle Role Playing Game

Reminds me of Pocket Knights before the game was shut down. Love the concept. When the Radio Link sends messages tho, it gets a little annoying cause I can't click to proceed and have to wait for it to finish. The rewards are another problem to me, opened 10 boxes of the same type and it took forever cause they opened one at a time, and cannot skip the scene. Good game overall tho.

Great idea, still needs work. Has bugs to kill, glitches to fix. A lot of progress has been made, but I'm noticing some syncing issues, like I'll level up characters, switch to another app, and when I come back hours later, they'll still be at lv1. Looking forward to what this game will become, especially the units and slugs from the old games that haven't made it in yet.

only real issue so far is that the way to upgrade a lot very quickly by holding the upgrade button is not very intuitive, and may need to either be told to the player, or needs to be expressed in the UI somewhere. and the whole process of buying troop pieces is a bit too close to exploitative loot-box mechanics, but im ok with what it is right now. otherwise, love the game so much. oh, one more thing. i would die for an offline mode.

I was kind of excited to play this but I just can't stick with entirely idle, idle games where you just hold down the upgrade button. Maybe if it was like Marimo League or just Metal Slug where the player has some kind of an active role I would've stayed. In addition, I'm not fond of unskippable dialogue! I hope to come back in the future!

Waited a long time for this and as a fan of Metal Slug and Endless Frontier I am not disappointed. Well actually I DO wish this would be played with the phone held up right like in EF2, the characters would look cuter in the small pixel art anyway.. Also I was hoping it'd have some offline play capacity like other idle games since the reception where I live is VERY bad but it won't even load at all if it's anywhere less-than-perfect. Sadly I realize those are gripes that cannot be remedied.. I'll play it for a while anyway and see how it turns out. Music and graphics are great in fact I wish I could turn the visuals down a bit to preserve battery.

Great idle fun. The perfect idle game imo. It doesn't push you to buy anything, you can max your characters and leave the game, come back, and profit. I like to check throughout my work day. Very nostalgic and a decent homage to a classic. Some things are a little confusing such as learning how to do specific things, but otherwise, it's pretty straightforward. Keep up the good work.

Not bad...very similar in essence to the studios other title. Although its ok...its just too busy. I was hoping for an idler which i could relax with and watch the game tick. Unfortunately this game is too click heavy with swapping between UI menus upgrading stuff literally taking 100% of your attention. The game just needs to slow down. Throwing 20 different things to do in 20 menus simultaneously just takes the fun out of the game in my opinion.

Pretty awesome idle game. I tried it out when first came out and just got back into it. They've added a mess of stuff to do and interact more with vs just a straight idle game. The arcade plays like a side scroller. Power defense for strategy. There's more characters to collect and add. I look forward to what else they're going to add to the game. The game has alot of potential.

This is by far one of the greatest Idle games I have played. However, there are bugs like parts of the game being locked even tho I have done the requirements. But to fix that I did just close the app and then re open it. It does also need an option to upgrade 10 more levels for characters and shops. The game does have cool combat and really fun characters with different abilities. I can't wait for the game to progress and for more characters and vehicles to be added

Its decent fun. Nothing special or outstanding pretty cut and dry, down the middle. Which is fine I suppose. For the most part the game is pretty straight forward and very easy to understand once you get past all the different currencies. Which is just an attempt to get you to spend money. I think the part that makes me the most annoyed is trying to level up the slugs. Having multiple of one kind of slug isn't good enough. It has to be the same class which is highly annoying.

Game is super addicting and fun, but definitely needs some QoL adjustments. Menus take too long to load and sometimes buttons have to be hit twice. Should be able to exit out of menus by tapping anywhere too instead of hitting the x in the top right. Should also not have to go to page 2 every time for slug camps and boot camp. It gets old having to do that every time especially with the lag. Maybe just replace the lower ones as they would never be used anymore. Edited to 5 stars due to awesome dev response.

I haven't seen so bad UI and it was frustrating. It was kinda annoying to have 2 different types money income (one from buildings and another one from the waves and having to go through different menus to upgrade them) and doing that not being able to click the special rewards plus the buildings costed so low u could spam clicks on them to earn even more.... it didn't make sense i dont know if it gets better later on but i didnt want to stay to find out either...

This is a bad installment of the game. its a big laggy on my phone. There are really no characters to unlock so most players will run the exact same thing. the game just throws you into this endless loop of little diversity. The gameplay is super boring, holding down my finger on a character to upgrade them. managing 6 heroes that way and then reseting and doing it again and again and again. im a huge metal slug fan, but this game is horrible in its current state.

Yet another 'idle game'. They maintained beautiful graphics of Metal Slug, but changed it into monotonous 'come back often to click a lot of buttons so game will play itself'. Honestly to go through all the available upgrades you need to spend a lot of time, sorry let me correct myself you need to waste a lot of time. Metal Slug was such a great series of games, 'idle game' is not a game.

No longer an Idle Experience. The newest update completely removed the most important aspect of the game, being able to gain money while offline (idle). Now you have to leave the game running to accumulate money. Stupid! That defeats the purpose of it being an Idle game. Now you have no choice but to drop cash to level up. Bye, bye MSI, it was fun while it lasted.

It's a metal slug incremental game! I love how much they brought from the games. It's fun and simple. Daily quests only take a few minutes a day but you can also spend hours optimizing improvements. Auto-managers are unlocked at later stages to further streamline things. Paid advantages are available, but prohibitively expensive. This game cannot be advanced without grinding but offline progress takes care of most of it. Be patient to avoid burnout. I'm level 103 and still enjoying it.

I played Metal Slug a ton as a kid, so all the characters/slugs/stages/music are a nice nostalgia trip. The game is straightforward and fun once you start to understand the game and see through the initial chaos. I'd give it a 5 but there seems to be a glitch with the Alliances, as I can't seem to create one as it always says the name is the issue, no matter what words I choose. Love the classic music so much.

Ekkorr returns in grand fashion with a "follow up" to Endless Frontier. As always, Ekkorr is very generous with premium currencies, giveaways, and events. Only played about an hour so far, but so far looks pretty dang promising. Only problem so far is the character models show up as black boxes to me, but I'm not going to let MY old tablet affect the much deserved 5 stars. Keep it up Ekkorr!

love this game omg, but the crashes! it constantly crashes. I hate it. can't play it for more than 1 hour or so. I wanna play it for extended amounts of time! or at least, play it long enough to do all the daily missions in one playthrogh without it crashing and I have to open it a second time just to finish what I was doing.

A great game for when I'm on the go! However, I've ran into a potential game-breaking bug that prevents me from going past the title screen—the blast door transition and the loading bar at the bottom of the screen gets stuck, even when I reload the app. It was no problem for me; I cleared the app's data and finally resumed my progress since I've linked my account. Other than that, the game runs very smoothly on my device and I have no complaints! 😁 Looking forward to future updates! -Wiz

Literally the first lesson in the tutorial is gaining "free gold". Metal Slug is a long running classic series which could have been perfect for the mobile if ported as is. But, the makers had to ruin the winning formula and add micro transactions. Greed ruined this game for me. Uninstalled. By the by, I would have gladly paid up to 10$ for this game had it not been boggled down by micro transactions and ads.

For the love of slug please make a slower paced tutorial, one where it doesn't automatically move through text, in the beginning of the game it's hard to understand what's going on, I'm trying to follow what's happening, but by the time I know it I'm at stage 30 and still receiving a tutorial, I really love your games and this idea for a game though and I hope for future improvements.

This is a great time waster for any Metal Slug fan. The sound effects and even the slightly chibi sprites are extremely faithful to the games. My biggest gripe however is the constant slowdowns and crashing while switching between all the different menus to manage your Soldiers and Slugs away from the action. It is my hope that the devs will fix these issues very soon.

The gameplay is excellent playing for at least two or three hours at a time before running out of things to do and having to grind. The only issue is it's a little buggy on the dungeon screen for me it keeps exiting the game or flickering like the old televisions used too. other than the one bug it's a great time waster.
