1. It is very nice and small neglible difference between standards. 2.Cancel after calculation button should be available, this will be helpful to do next calculation w/o going out and come in. 3. Some 20 to 30 calculation can be auto saved so that we can recall the variant do modification and repeat other values. This can be very useful to do fast work. Similarly reverse can be made, that is while wt is known, length is known, or size is known, other variable can be found out. Thanks.
Overall app is good. But some of the flaws are as below:- 1. H beam and I beams are not differentiated. Weight of both will not be the same for a particular length. 2. More details of the steel sections should be provided such as edge radius, etc... Because all steel sections and not coming in sharp corners. In internet you can see some website which gives all these details of the steel sections. 3. The weight of steel section is not exact. You can rely on this app for an approximate figure.
Its helpful ; despite that the weight calculation is not correct 100% but it helps you to know the approximative weight ... i hope you add more language options ; i'm using it in my work .just a small improvement and it will worth five stars thank you for the app ; download it guys the app works very well.
Exceptional. I build industrial type furniture and I acquire 90% of my materials at the scrap yard. This app lets me know how much I'm going to spend since scrap steel is $0.30 per pound. I can design the furniture and then while I'm out at the yard I can do quick numbers to see what my costs will be. It would be a lot more guess work without this app. Great job I really appreciate it
it is a very helpful app. within seconds you can calculate the weight of any given metal in any form of shape. hats off to the developers.
This is one of the best app I've got. I used to have to look up charts and Calculate the weight but now I just input the the values and it's that easy.
It does exactly what the name implies. Pick material, shape, and dimensions and get an accurate weight. Fantastic app.

Good App. Just one thing missing is feet and inch units in length. If the feets and inch units are added in length column it will be perfect
This application gives incorrect information. Weigh a material in mm and if the same material is fit, inch, cm, it gives different weight. Makes a difference of about 25% to 50%.
Very useful to calculate the weight in a very short period and accurate information is achieved by the same.
Best app for work .need some improvement .in reverse wise. Like we have the weight,size to no of length

I use the sheet section of the app, it's a quick easy to get the weights of the various thicknesses I put on the flame table...with this I never overload my chains.
Totally metric! No sae (standard) input or output. Not even a conversion option. Does no good for me!
Great Job by the developer. It makes easy the way of work specially calculation of weight.
Over all ok app but if I select Od value in mm. Then u can not select length in inches , generally we measured round bar od in mm and lenght in inches , Please update this feature.
Add on: File label before saving. Also have folders for multiple projects. Then be able to export. Thank you.

You cannot try other density. And weight is approximate not accurate. Of you try different density it is wrong

Easy to use. And have multiple options of material and types of shape like sheet square pipe round pipe etc.
This app is very useful. However by adding Nut & Bolt weight calculation methods with this, it will be most likable by all.
I can't believe how accurate the calculations were. And the variety of shapes for different applications made a complete tool for me to use in my workshop. Wouldn't mind a reverse calculation option. Put the weight in and diameter and it calculate the length I would need. But not a necessity. Great job.
