When I first started with this Bank I thought it was just great, well joke was on me cause this is the worst onei have ever had. They charge for every deposit and try to keep it hid they don't put on there how much they took and it's hard to get it out of them if you call and talk to them. They have locked my card for simply using it said it was unusual purchase.??!! What ??? Are you kidding?? Sure enough locked me out for three days I couldn't touch money. I won't use anymore!!

app. works well but this is a predatory bank that I wish I would have never had to deal with. I really suggest that if you are thinking of using metabank look for something else. They charge a fee for using your card with its pin # and the fees are ridiculous. All in All, very poor experience with this company and they got way to much of my money for what I used them for. Stay away if you want to minimize your money loss to fees.

I'm so frustrated with the app's technical issue, Everytime I press Lock card The Red bar above with white letters Says........ "We're unable to lock your card. Please try again" I've already sent this message 3 times to the company already and the PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED, It's been a month now and I'm very disappointed with this nonsense. I felt like I was being ignored at the same time being slapped in the face as this nonsense continue. I feel like cancelling my card.

App fails on a regular basis. "Oops, something went wrong" try again later. That message pops up at least once or twice a week. And the problem is not on the user side.

Nothing shows. Several times recently and 100 times today app wont show my balance or anything. Just says at the bottom of my screen "sorry this will take a bit longer" 😑 I also have a Google unauthorized purchase i want settled. Come on MetaBank metawallet get with the program!

This is the worst service I have ever received, lack of communication is major factor, also how is it that I received my tax return on this card however when my family and I need it the most our stimulus check gets sent back to the Irs, causing major confusion and delays in the process. I wouldn't recommend this card to anyone, and I would advise you to read the card holder agreement 3x over. The more you read the stupider it sounds to have it in your wallet. I'm a Father of 5, and was let down.

I never had problems with this app until recently, not to mention we uploaded money and was never credited for it and charged more on it when used at a restaurant than what the receipt says

Can't talk to a representative until there has been a deposit onto the card, how inconvenient especially when myTax refund is going into this card. No options either. Not recommended.

I hate this card. There is a fee for almost everything. The only good thing about this card is you get paid way faster than it states

App stop working all of the sudden. it's a good app once it's up and running.

When I open the app at a certain time it keeps telling me "Sorry, this is taking longer than we expected" for 3 days and it sucks

You cant ever see your acct info when you need to. The app hardly ever works!

Customer service is Robotic, the app is functionally obsolete most times.

Helped great when you need a fast way to get your taxes

So i filed my taxes at a car company and they used this card to give me my refund and now myCovid-19 stimulus check has come but can't b found. I don't wanna say they stole my money but noone will answer my calls or emails and im getting fustrated and thinking contacting a lawyer to help me wit this problem

worst card ever in history of history. do not get direct deposit or even try and get gas. they allowed companies to hold over 90$ just for a 10$ purchase.

They charge monthly n also every time you use your card

You ask me what's the worst prepaid card you ever use and this card will be it I have a whole income tax on this card and cant use it I have called everybody associated with this company and all that you tell me is all I'm sorry we don't know what happened now I'm sitting here with over $5,000 on my it I can't use it and nobody can tell me nothing That's great

The app is up to date. Yet, I can NEVER GET my balance or anything! What is going on????
