Pre-Paid for parking at 7:10ish am. Get back and have a ticket. Apparently my payment didn't go through. Even though I saw the page I always see after I've paid. Hence why I thought it went through. Then when I went to pay after getting my ticket for more parking, the darn app kept freezing and when I finally was able to pay, I was charge for Zone 1 price, even though I was in Zone 2.
This app is completely unreliable and unusable. It just loads a blank white screen over and over. Clearing data doesn't work. Reinstalling doesn't work. Absolute trash and it's frustrating my local government has partnered with a group pushing out such an unreliable product.
Beware! Parking rip off! Went to visit a friend's apart. This app has a min. selection of 2 hours @ 7.65. Next increment was $10 For 15 hours. I thought, I'll up it to $10 if I run late. Later, i needed another 30 min. App charged me another $7.65 plus fees for another 2hr... over$18 for 2.5 hours parking! Ridiculous!
Same issue as other complaints. Stopped working. Blank screen. if the company knows this is an issue why didn't you send an email or notice out to everyone that has the app. They have to come here to find out why your app isn't working any longer. That is not good customer service and support when there is a known issue.
This app is ridiculous one week it will locate parking in the area of my job and works all fine and dandy. Then next week will not locate parking anywhere in my area. I even tested to see if it will locate parking elsewhere, by typing in city and state. Apparently there is no parking in the entire United States with this app. Also emailed their support for assistance and they never respond back. Avoid like the plague
This app just stopped working. It never loads anything but a blank screen. I've restarted my device, reinstalled the app, and it still won't load. I guess I have to start keeping quarters in my car.
Was told by the sign 5.00 for 2 hours. On the actual app, had to pay 7.65 for 2 hours. Tried to add time to the meter because I could pay for 15 hours for 10 bucks, but it wouldn't let me add time so I ended up having to pay another 7.65 for 2 more hours. All in all, awful experience. Not sure if it's the city's fault or the apps, but i got pretty scammed here.
Great! Would help if instead of having to put your ticket and license plate number in that it would automatically show your tickets to make it easier, especially if you lose them.
Super easy to add a payment method, select where you're at, and pay for parking. The countdown timer is also real nice. Would recommend!
Doesn't let you customize the minutes you can park. It charges extra when i usually only pay a quarter on the regular parking meter for 10/15 minutes. I'll be sure to bring correct change with me next time.
It's convenient... when it works. And it doesn't alert you until after your time is expired. Can't tell you how many tickets I've gotten because of this app.
Only gave 4 stars because I wish there was a RECEIPT REPORT that you could access or print from the app!! I just started receiving emailed receipts this year but what about 2021?? PLEASE ADD!!!!!
I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Only a blank screen will load. App is up to date, restarted my phone, reloaded app, still won't work. Barb
If this is the app used in your area its kind of a monopoly and you're SOL unless you want to waste all your laundry quarters. Same as what the other reviewers say. The app will tell you that you're paid through a certain time, then you'll look again and you're not. I think the discrepancy is if you're in an area where you're not supposed to pay for more than 2 hours at a time, the app will make it look like you ARE and CAN payfor more. Say you have an hour left the app will say you're paying for 2 more hours, (will have 3 hours total) but then after the transaction goes through it will correct itself but not tell you. So I don't think you're paying more money, you just have to watch that you actually have enough time in your meter because that awful gauge is incorrect.
This APP is aweome!! I love that I can park ANYWHERE (where there is a meter ofcourse) in McKeesport and NOT get a ticket!!! So I can go to the WIC office and than go to a different appt./place and street afterwards and I am still on the meter feeder!! I love this!
When we travel in Dallas, NYC, and SFO, this is the only way we feed the meter. Super simple, never had problems like other reviews
I love this....dont have to look for quarters and I put money in the meter one day only to discover it was not working and I got a ticket later. So I love this app.
Didn't know I needed my license plate number. Wasn't able to get it at the time I used the app. The app charged my credit card. And I still got a parking fine. Will never use this app again!?

Consistently has errors. it is currently refusing to let me pay because my card number is "incorrect" when the card was enetered correctly.
Garbage app. Doesn't let you add a credit card at all, clicking "save card" does literally nothing.

I can't add time... ever. once I order time, it will not let me add on. I have to wait until it expires. fix this. Not to mention you can only pay a full hour at a time. No half hour option.
Super fast and easy way to park in our small town. The timer/reminder is great too.
App is improving over time and working well lately.
Great app. I only wish it had smaller increments. I don't always need a full hour.
Doesn't work, the known issue with the app not loading successfully has not been fixed, and it's been MONTHS. Complete trash. Doesn't save you time or money, so why bother? Not worth the hassle. If the issue was resolved and some other smart features were added, like a notification when you're time is almost out, this app could be worth it.
