I have been unable to use this app for about a year. I always get a "network connection" error.

I had been using this app since about October of 2016. As of 4/13/17, I haven't been able to use it. When I try to open it, I get the message, "Network system error. Please, tey again." This is a huge inconvenience since I use this app regularly to pay for parking when I attend classes on campus. Parking is gard enough to get in downtown Philadelphia. I don't need to have issues paying for the parking, too! Please, fix this immediately! Thank you.

On April 6th on my birthday my girl took me to fogo de chao and we paid 9 dollars on this app and put in the right code, we still got a ticket happy birthday to me and they said it would cost for us to fight the ticket. Never again will we use this app the ticket said that we had never paid but I got a confirmation saying we did

Horrible, the whole point of the app is to get a 7 minute notification that parking time is about to end. Never recieved notification resulting in ticket. Will be appealing. Be sure to keep an eye on your app or set your own timer so you don't get a ticket. Called in to report notification not working and customer service seemed to care less.

After reading other reviews I realize that the app was broken on purpose. It was good while it lasted. Back to PPA screwing over Philly.

Love this app! Dont want to see it go. It's so convenient not having to run back and forth to the kiosk especially if you're in a meeting. Thanks for the thoughtfulness.

Took 20+ tries to get a code to activate app. Then app constantly gave network connection errors

PLEASE READ THIS!!! DO NOT USE THIS IN PHILADELPHIA!!! If you extend your parking time, they double the rate, then TRIPLE the rate!!! What's the point of using the app if you're penalized or surcharged for it?! You could get a new ticket at the kiosk and pay the regular rate AND... the customer service rep, although nice, told me that their contract with PPA tells them what they can and cannot advertise in their instructional video (alluding that they were told that they couldn't put that warning in the video... only in the FAQ). What should've cost me $15 for six hours ended up costing over $29!!! Definitely uninstalling!!!

Love it, it keps me from having to run back and forth to the meter throughout the day

Works great... When it works. Often times it hangs during the process of paying, and takes multiple retries, making it faster to use the kiosk on most occasions.

Zero stars if possible. The app says you'll get a text 7 minutes before the meter expires, but I didn't receive a text, I did however receive a $36 ticket! First and only time I'm using this app; I'm so angry.

server gets clogged during peak periods and it can take over 10 minutes fiddling with the app just to start a parking session! (it wasn't my data connection, I tried both WiFi and mobile data)

Terrible app! When you receive a parking ticket there is no appeal

Charges double even though you only extend for 6 mins. Friday i was charged $24.00 for what should've cost $10.00. Today was charged $20.00 for what should've cost $10.00

I've received 3 tickets while using the app. Save your money, park in a lot.

This app does not connect any time I need to use it.

This is a ripoff. They double the rate if you extend the time, which is unethical. Plus, you have to remeber the zone # if you want to extend the time because the app does not auto save it. It is better and waaaay cheaper to use the kiosk. I you want to use the app and extend the time, it is better and CHEAPER for you to park in one of the public parking lots. At least their rates are clear and not deceptive. This app and service is a piece of crap. Oh one more thing, customer service is one of the worst.

Despite promises of a warning 7 minutes before my meter was to expire I received no such notification. In addition, when I went to pay for additional parking I was charged an outrageous double fee for parking in the same zone longer than the signs indicate. I downloaded the app for peace of mind during a long salon appt. Instead I ended up paying an outrageous $12.50 for 3.5 hours of parking AND got a $36 ticket for the six minutes that lapsed in my parking because I never got the warning text.

Now with the update they don't tell you when your time is going to expire unless you pay a 2.99 per month fee. And the popup for the monthly subscription continually comes up and I've almost hit accidentally multiple times. Deceptive app you're better off just using the kiosk now.

When you sign up for the app and watch their intro video, they do not tell you about the double/triple charge if you extend your time and the so called "alert" did not go off when my time was expiring. Don't even waste your time, such a rip off!

Goes hand in hand with PPA and their awful, deceptive practices throughout Philadelphia and the parking situation over the years. If you're a Philadelphian you know what I'm talking about. PPA gives the city a black eye and this app is representative of that. The app now requires a monthly fee in order to use!!! What a scam!

I give it 2 stars because it's a great idea and can be very convenient... when it works. And that's the problem. It shuts down pretty regularly so I wouldn't depend on it. It can cause you to get a ticket and they won't cover the losses.

I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews, but this one deserves it. I was real excited about the convenience of this. No where is it mentioned it would charge a double rate for meter extensions. It tells me it will remind me when times up: It doesn't. Why would I use this app? What's the point? If I pull up to a spot, the meter is right there ... This app has no use EXCEPT for paying an extension remotely. $1.00 convenience fee would be acceptable. But for a double rate, no way. This is garbage. Save yourself the PPA ticket you'll ultimately get using this.

Got a $35 ticket while using the app to pay for parking, their support promised to get the ticket dismissed, then did nothing at all.

beware when trying to extend time. may give you the "please wait" circle for 30 minutes or more while you have run out of time and may risk getting a ticket

Its not allowing me to paid. The 2.99 popup keep blocking me from paying. Scam

So far been using this around the city, hope I don't get a ticket like everyone else
