The username field has a character limit that is lower than my username. Login via web browser works fine. The app might be amazing, but I cannot login. I could change my username, but an app that starts this poorly does not inspire confidence. Still the same...

App constantly crashes. It is completely unusable at this point. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Please update and fix this problem.

This app doesnt even open on my phone. It just crashes immediately. The website really stinks, too. Edit: After looking at other reviews, it certainly seems like this app is incompatible with Android 9 Pie.

I can't login because my email is longer than the number of characters that you can promt in the input field... on the website is working fine. It asks for too many permissions.

If the app was accessible it might have gotten a better review..maybe the developers should make sure that there is no set limit on the username so as to allow users to enter their information and get access to the mobile app...

Cannot enter my username as my email is longer than total characters allowed. What a total failure of an app in 2019, a joke!

Worst insurance ever..they will offer you in good way but they wont refund your money either..sometimes we dont know who will scam us..and they are such a good person in first place but in the end it's all useless..

This one crashes, the other US version disabled. So MetLife has no usable app now...

With the registration process you need to use the regular browser like google chrome or internet explorer. Once you created an online account try to log in using the mobile app

Since recent OS UPDATE. app keeps crashing.
