Metrash2

For the last one week Metrash2 has a very critical problem which needs a prompt solution. The problem is, when we select visa extension tab it is not showing all the visas, we have to put visa numbers manually and then renew. Previously it was showing all the visas. Need to fix this issue on priority basis.

For last 2 month I am big trouble unable to reinstall the matrash 2 although I didnot installed it any else device but when ever I log in its gives message that I have installed more than 2 devices besides this if I want to proceed it ,still I am.unable to reinstall on other as well as in same device Contact with service centre they are saying that system.is ok from there end issue is with my set , as per there instruction they are saying to wait and reinstall the matrash 2 after few days ,

My metrash2 is not opening from the first page. When we click next message says OK..nothing g going forward. Please look into this matter and solve it. Thanks

The app is very useful... but the app only accept the ONE QID number only in the one mobile phone you installed the app... you can not login using others QID number on the same mobile phone which you have been installed with another QID number.... one QID one mobile phone.... Suppose if my mobile phone is broken, i can not use my other family member phone to login for me... also it doesnot work with android 9 OS?

Not allowing us to take a screenshot is really stupid. We already need to login everytime we want to use the App. It's a false security protection claim.

Dear Sir, I want to launch the metrash when the number registered by my ID. Then it appears that this number is not registered by ID. Even though my number is registered by ID, it shows why? please help.

Regarding Family RP application I went to Ministry and the officer said me to Upload the missing documents. But there is no provision for uploading the missing document. The status is showing 'Original Documents Needed'. Please help to resolve this. Thanks.

Even though there is not notified any government source, Now QATAR is not allowed VISIT VISA for above 60 years persons. For applying the visit visa for my parents I have to submit all required documents, each page asking to upload many document s and name age etc... But age is validate done after the application submit moment. There is no age limit restriction information on this process. Due to this process I already brought air tickets and insurance for my parents but finally it shows that not allowed age limit. Finally It's a waste of air tickets and insurance 😥😥😥

To be honest Metrash2 is just an App to make the public easier and convenient instead of coming to immigration. When I tried for family visit visa it got reject "Sponsor does not meet.."I checked with company they updated my contract with new salary. Now I am not able to re apply in metrash2 as wife option not showing. So I went to immigration afternoon during ramadan.they said come early morning.but I am not able to come that time.do something in metrash itself to make easier to retry option.

App has stopped working - will not let me install again. In the meantime I can not leave the house!!!!

From last 2 weeks not able login in metrash2, tried with customer service but still no solutions for it. Any responsible authority plz get it solved.

Had some issues and followed instructions given by their call centres Now language changed to arabic,tried to uninstall but getting a reply showing mulitple users which is wrong

My phone got reset and now I am not able to open my metrash app it say my qatar ID is not registered with mobile number, can anyone assist me with this

Good app. But having problem now, whenever I apply for police clearance, the app closes. I think there is a bug. Kindly check.

Sorry, i can't give a high rating. i cannot log in to your app.. i wasted a lot of time waiting for the activation codes to be sent to me but to no avail. pleaee fix your app

Just want to share to everyone. If your metrash cannot be view example only blank screen or no words appear, try to go to apps in phone setting and click metrash 2 apps and try to find clear cache and clear data then click both. Then you can open it again without problem. Because its happen to me, so i just share to everyone. Thank you.

Already 1 week but still didn't received my national address certificate and also the customer service are bad.

Application is not opening, it says new version available and redirected towards play store, but no new version available, it's now deadlock..

In Residency renewal option not allowed to change number of years. It is fixed in 1 year. Is there any rule for this.

I tried to log in but failed numerous times. As per Metrash call center, there is problem with mobile phones with model A9, and 2 other models of Samsung phones. Google play store, please fix the bug so we can process our documents. As per call center, we have to use another mobile, otherwise we can't do anything at all.

I have been using this app for 2 years without any issues. I tried to use it yesterday for national address registration. Pop message appears as phone does not meet security requirements. I checked the phone and it is running on android 9. I am not sure what's the issue. I would appreciate if this could be sorted.

I had trouble downloading this app. But finally after alot struggle i found a solution. On your android phone go to settings then go to the options Apps. Then select playstore option. Go to storage and select clear cache and clear data. And then restart your playstore option again and try instaling the app. I did it and was successful. Hope someone finds solution if faced with a same problem like me. Thanks.
