Metro Bank AL Mobile

pretty good app for keeping up with how much you have in the bank but it would be nice if it wasn't slow with keeping up with all transactions and keeping them in order and it can have an item pending almost 24hrs later. I wish they had more features in the app like card control, order a. we debit card or include bill pay automatically with out having to go online or to the actual bank to do these things. bb&t has an app that pretty much let's you set up or request or schedule anything you want

There must have been a recent update because the app has started to glitch on a regular basis to the point I have to uninstall and install. Blank screen at start-up and language error with biometric login. Prior to that it was easy to use. I would like to see support added so you can lock/unlock your debit card as needed.

The Metro Bank app is very user friendly. It is very easy to maneuver from one place to the next. I feel it is very clear for the user to understand balances/money spent/pending transactions, etc...I really like the app.

I LOVE METRO BANK! Moblie depositing for first time. Had issue as amount available to deposit was less than the check amount. When at the lake, we are an hour and a half away from nearest bank. I called bank and issue was handled promptly and able to deposit my check quicker than service rep told me. People at Metro care and are there to help and expedite transactions whenever they can. Thank you for being our hometown bank.

overall i love the app. the camera feature needs to be improved. it does not focus when taking pictures of checks for mobile deposit. if that feature worked better i would give 5 stars.

Terrible. Doesn't work 90 percent of the time. I constantly have a box pop up on my phone telling me the app isn't responding and to close it. 🙄

This app is like using a computer from the 90's. It does not work half the time and when it does it is not seamless at all. I will be swapping banks just because of this technology.

I love it. It saves me the hassle of having to write checks. I just put in my bills at the 1st of the month and all my bills are paid on time. Great App. A+ in my book..

I use to love this app it was perfect for making deposits and checking my balance, but now I got an LG Stylo 5 which is just an upgrade from my 4 and I cant even sign on. You guys seriously need to fix your bugs in the app so i can deposit my checks

The app keeps giving me a blank screen instead of a log-in screen. I tried deleting and reinstalling, but still has the same issue.

The app never works. It always crashes. I keep having to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to work.

I would give this app more stars but it's out dated. Everytime I go to check my balance it's a few days behind. Need a new system that updates EVERYTHING immediately.

Satisfied. Metro is the best. Easy to access and easy to get personal assistance when I call!!!

I really like the idea of having MY Banking at my finger tips .The app is great no problems at all. Thank you metro Bank great job

Makes banking pretty easy. I am able to transfer money between accounts and even pay loans.

The folks at the different branches are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with that I look forward to visiting them when I need to.

Since the update of this app on 10/25 it hasn't worked on my galaxy J7 but everyone else's in the house works. Wish they would fix this asap

Love our home town bank with all the features of a big town bank. Metro app is easy to use and provides what we need.

Best bank I've ever had to deal with. Work out of town a lot and customer service is always a pleasure to work with.

Easy to use and greatly reduces phone time....me worring the Book Keeping Department.
