The app won't let me login into my online account. I know for a fact that I do have one as I can access it from the web browsers on both my laptop and cell phone. Please fix this issue as nit even uninstalling the app and reinstalling it has worked. And at this point I am at a loss as to how to get it to work.

I cannot access the app at all and with no resolve in sight I had to change my rating. I, too recently did the pie update on my my android Note 9 just like most of the people leaving a low rating due to the update. I spoke with Metro and they are waiting for the developer of the app to fix the issue.

After installing a system update, the app constantly throws error message telling me to reboot my device. That is the reason for this low rating. Want a better rating? Fix the issue.

I like this app.alot it loads up well I use almost everyday plus when your out of town its nice to be able to do your banking. The layout on this app has a good setup and works well.

I'm having the same exact issue as Liza Beam. I had an update on my phone, now I can't access metro app..says to reboot my phone which I did..uninstalled and installed the app..nothing works. any advice?

this app tells you everything that the bank can tell you its a easier way to handle bills or any payments you have and it also cuts out the wait time that you would be subjected to if you was to call

The phone app is easy to use. Every employee I have encountered is very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

Updated my phone and now it wont load. App keeps giving me an error message. All other apps work

I love this fcu so much that I kept my account after moving to Iowa, and now it's even more convenient with this app.

The app drops down after a few seconds and makes it a pain to login.

Can access my banking information at anytime... have not had it down for updates that I know of yet.
