the app has improved greatly over the years becoming very simple to transfer money, apply for loans and even see a credit score for free every few months. My only complaint is that the new logo is dumb. it's a smiley face which is childish for a financial institution. But it's still better than first national with their FNBO nonsense haha. That is literally my only complaint with the app/company in general. If you aren't banking with a credit union then make the switch it is worth it.

metro credit union, is the best ever, I just knew I wouldn't be able to get a loan from the bank ,until I made up my mind to try it anyway. low and behold I got the loan. I will never leave this credit union. so my advise to you all please join, you will not regret it. thanks a lot Metro credit union. Ms williams

The accounts are not equally easily accessible. I cannot remote deposit to my choice of accounts. I've reloaded the app numerous times to get my preferred account set as the primary and it will flip to another account that I'd prefer not be the primary so I'm not constantly transferring money from one acct to another. Definitely not as user friendly as it could be.

it's easy to use. very user friendly. there are two things I'd like to see improvement on. biometric authentication I'd like to actually use my finger print not my face or iris's. and I'd like to use the card control feature with out another app.

easy to use and navigate and pairs up with my budget app no problem. I do have a minor issue with it remembering my device causing me to have to input a security code every time I open it, but that's only a minor inconvenience, if not for that I'd have given it 5 stars.

The old app was so much better. This one constantly makes you do a verification code. For the past few days I have not been able to get in at all,after I enter my passcode it just takes me back to the main log in page. I do not recommend this app until it's fixed. Uninstalling.

This app is awesome! It is super user-friendly. I love the snap shot feature, it comes in handy often. It is easy to transfer from bank to bank and to make my loan payments online. I love it!!

Very easy to use! I am able to navigate through accounts, and get any issues solved such as blocking/freezing cards, raise daily limits, and contact Metro right from the app!!

Only good, when it works. 99% of the time, you have to verify with text or call or email, and half of the time it doesn't send the code. Not all of us are well off enough, that we don't have to check our account before a purchase.

It used to work wonderfully, but now I haven't had it on my phone in months hoping when I install it again it'll work. But it keeps kicking me out of the app, it doesn't even get to the home page before it kicks me out either

I have never had anything but great customer service and no matter what department or what employee I have ever spoken with they are helpful beyond belief! The app is super simple and you can accomplish anything you need right there on the app!

Worst app ever, and I wonder how many times they are going to change apps. Also One thing that drives me insane is when you make a password, Then they tell you what it has to be, wel.... It's not my password anymore.

This credit union is amazing 😊 I just recently got my bank card stolen and they spent a pretty penny on my account..metro was quick and understanding to get my account taken care of with the fraud department 😊 they are very professional and the best customer service! I will be a lifetime customer for sure ..Thanks Metro!

Very dissatisfied with the App. Got notice to update App and it hasn't worked since. It's been a month. Uninstalled the App and Reinstalled App through the website and I still can't get the App to open. All I get is Unfortunately the Metro App has stopped. Just got update today for App and I still can't use App.
