I really like Metro Market and I heard that they changed it from Pick N Save recently. I really like everything that becomes available from Coupons to Mobile App with a Scanner where you'll have to look carefully where you shop and Practice Social Distancing. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, face coverings are required to help keep each other safe. I'll rate this App as high as a 5 and tell them to write a review and tell others what you think before Installing it from Google Play Store. Thanks a lot.
helpful with adding to cart or just a list, compares healthier alternatives FOR YOU, in app coupons, smooth UserInterface, my ONLY complaint is that I can't have a profile/avatar photo
When it works, it's alright. But recently when i add things to my list it will either display them more than once, or it will delete items. Sometimes my list won't show up at all. The in store availability accuracy is also not great.
They didn't fill over half my order, claiming everything was out of stock. What did get filled was the wrong brand or wrong flavor. I won't be ordering from them again.
Repeat customer, easy online ordering, only thing I would improve is alerting the customer something is out of stock ahead of time instead of finding out when you're there to pick it up.
definitely has potential. As of June 2019, it's missing one seemingly trivial feature... the ability to sort coupons, shopping list and other lists by department. Not sure if it's intentional for maximizing attention it something, but SUPER annoying.
The app overall is fine with one glaring issue. The pop-up to say you're either on your way or at the store for a pickup is incredibly inconsistent with whether it'll show. I often end up needing to call despite having this app because the pop up won't display to let me tell them I've arrived.
search function doesn't work
ordering online is a struggle and it signed me off after I selected a pick up time snd when I arrived there were 2 orders but I only got the first partial one. This happened twice. I no longer am dealing with them got rude customer service. Am disabled. Had friend pick up orders. Was told I had to have friend bring wrong items back after they went twice for pick up. I said Metro mart should pick up. was told I would get credit instead. Didn't. :-) was in awful pain then had to deal with this
Now I need an app to get a coupon? NOPE! Not going to get tracked, spied on or have resources used up on my phone to save a $1 from time to time. Ridiculous it has come to this to go grocery shopping. Bad enough I have to give you a phone # to get the "special price" now this. Taking my business somewhere where the respect my privacy and don't need to install a useless program just to get savings.
I spent at least 10x the time it would have taken to go into the dang store myself, trying to figure this app and pickup. App won't tell you when order is ready. The process has been unclear, emails are misleading, I can't tell if you have the products or not (email says no, app says yes) and on and on. Next time I'll just go inside (somewhere else). Even the people working at the store said this app blows it hard. 🍆
The past two days the app won't allow me to check out to pay. It says to contact via phone if problem persists but when I call it just refers me back to the website. I have emailed twice with no one getting back to me. I need to get groceries asap and this is horrible considering I have 2 small children on my own and need this service at this time.
Good user interface and filtering of different items. The automatic application of a Kroger member account is also great. Makes picking up groceries seamless and saves us time.
The app and website show prices per pound for produce like tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, ginger etc.. But when I order for pickup it counts it as per piece! I wanted 6 lbs of tomatoes and received just 6 tomatoes😬, got 1 pc of ginger instead of 1lb & 2 serrano peppers instead of 2 lb. Kindly rectify this so that the proper unit of measure for price per unit diplayed and quantity being ordered is reflected. Other than that, I really liked the app & the service and selection provided.
just interested in app coupons, NOT FOR ONLINE SHOPPING ! On the app coupons ( and on the shopping ) it does not tell the price of the item. VERY ANGRY THAT I HAVE TO USE DIGITAL COUPONS IN ORDER TO GET THE SALE PRICES. OUR STORE CARD SHOULD ENTITLE US TO THE BEST SALE PRICES.
I've never had problems with this app before today, but today while shopping for a pickup order, it logged me out and made me reset my password FOUR times! Very frustrating.
I was in the store 2 weeks ago, and it crashed. Now refuses to launch. Can't take advantage of coupons if I can't get in. I'll be looking at a different store.
App navigation is frustrating. Also, would not allow selection of Shorewood MM for pick-up service.
Never sets the closest store closes to me, I don't know why but it's getting frustrating whem I have to add my login info on a older iPad and works fine, but not on my Galaxy note + Ultra 512gb 🤷♂️ Please try and fix this asap or I'll just start shopping at Piggly Wiggly, csuse there app works fine
I think it's alot of work to get your coupons for shopping for the elderly. if your not computer person you have to learn to get what you want. why can't we just use our card. thank you
I downloaded the app and when I try to use the scan to price check items it just keeps saying waiting to scan and I accepted the permission to use my camera but it still doesn't work.
love the option of shopping over several days, adding to my cart, paying, then picking up when it's convenient for me! Thanks!
Prescription management via the app is a JOKE. I have tried to submit refill requests MORE than once for a certain medication, and the way this app acts, I may as well have never submitted any
I just updated the app, logged in, and now it won't get past a blank screen. Yes, I restarted the phone, too.
Don't get woke or liberal whatever you do! I don't think you are but I could be wrong.
Got into shopping mode. Can't get out. Can't download coupons. Nothing but frustrations. Ready to shop elsewhere.

The app has recently started duplicating letters as you type. Example: type in "oatmeal" into the search engine and you get "ooattmeeal". There is an error in the coding somewhere, making it useless. 5-13 the app still stutters. Come on, IT get this fixed!
