From Bad to Worse! So over this worthless app! It has Never worked as promised, now it doesn't work at all, WTactualFu@k Metro?! So tired of paying for your mistakes! It doesn't work with your other security apps, [Scam Shield], so we have to pay you tob black scan shield. Now you update it and it doesn't work at all, it won't even open! 3yrs & counting, with no improvement, & no refund, even when requested! Over It, switching carriers!

This update to the app does not work on my phone and gives a "network" error. After contacting many times metro pcs and talking to agents with names like "Boo" to no avail, I contacted the developer of the app and they are too lazy to even try to resolve the issue. They just say that it is metro pcs the one with the issue. I found online an older version of the app and it works fine, update it to this version and it stops working. So it is this version the one with the issue.

Before the upgrade the app use to tell you the name or business attached to phone number. Tap on the number and next screen gave you that information. Since upgrade it just displays the number. If you tap on it, takes you over to save number as a contact. You use to be able to delete individual calls, now you can't. Also doesn't display name when calling. Only plus I like about it is that it blocks 90% of the spam calls. That's it.

After the update it doesn't accurately reflect my call log from my device. I can't do a reverse look up and have to navigate multiple screens to find information. It used to reflect my text logs as well from unknown numbers now it doesn't even do that. I would uninstall the update but I only have the option to uninstall the entire app. Not to mention it keeps freezing. Please fix these things. I'm paying for a service I can't even utilize anymore.

The app seemed to work really well at the start, but lately I have been getting 6-10 calls a day and the app isn't automatically grabbing them even though some of the numbers that are calling, I have added to the block list. Why should I keep paying $2/month to still mess around with scam callers. Metropcs: You have work to do to fix this app. My app worked better when I had the older version; it would allow me to block the calls without changing the page, now we have to go to a new screen.

This app. Just seems to lock up, sometimes. It takes many minutes to be able to just get out of it!!!!! Very agrivating not being able to exit or disengage. NOT WORTH THE $2.00 PER MONTH.!!! They really need to troubleshoot this program. I've called about these problems only a few times. Maybe I should have been more pro-active. Just sayin

awesome app because it blocks calls instantly that it suspects are scams. I don't like that you have to pay for additional features, it would be wonderful if it was all included with your monthly bill instead of some of the other features that MetroPCS offers which I have no use for. for example, cloud storage. I have no use for it I don't want it I don't need it but I would rather have this full featured app instead.

100% worth the $2 a month that is added to my phone bill! The only thing that made it not be a 5star review is that every once in a while it will randomly add a number, that I want to have calls from, to my blocked call list. I can fix it easy enough when that happens; it just can be irritating to have it randomly decide to block calls from my grandma.

Finally the harassment is stopping. Calls do not show up on my phone's caller ID. It shows up on my phone as a notification. The app blocks each instance. When convenient, I open it and block the numbers permanently from there. Perhaps the developers could do something so we can just click on something to block it permanently.

Only problem i have is that when ID is stopping/blocking calls i dont want (and sometimes they come in 10 at a time, rapid succession, like gunfire, same number) ID works fine...but whatever else i am in the middle of doing will get dropped. Or it will get posted to someone else's number if i just sent a text at the same time. This happens when i am using my smartphone as my mini computer, sometimes doing 2 or 3 things at once. I do not think it is the app's fault... But it happens a LOT.

Doesn't work, it's not free, and was told the service will soon be terminated? Not worth rating one star. I'm thinking of switching providers as my phone can be unlocked. To many issues with their data, dropping at random times, low signal well within in city limits. Not to meantion.. their available accessories at all stores, are pathetic. Not only that, their plain boring in decor. Metro has gotten cheap with everything, including their apps. Not satisfied!

This app was perfect until the latest update. It doesn't block private calls anymore. It also doesnt support group blocking anymore. I get multiple spam calls every day by numbers that are slightly different each time and I used to be able to block calls within a series of numbers [ex. any number starting with "(260)555-" ]. Don't update if you value those features.

This new app is horrific ! Says real time caller ID, well folks just ain't true. I've had calls come in and yet on the horrible list it still says last call from that number was yesterday. Also note there is no indication of a number being blocked that you personally included and selected to block. When you see a number in the caller ID, only way of knowing that it had previously been blocked is to click on the number and then see the word "Blocked" highlighted. It will NOT let you know in anyway other then that. Also the old one indicated text messages as well. It used to let you view ALL the info from a number, calls texts etc. This version is terrible. Don't bother upgrading folks. Waste of money and you get some of it free anyway. Will be taking this waste of an app off my phone as well as off my bill. Sincerely, A really fed up customer

I like this app. However, it could have a few more options. Like a clear call log button, I'm sitting here looking at every incoming call made to my phone for several months. It would be nice if I could erase them. Would also be nice if it gave the option to block a phone number that you declined more than once. If it did those two extra things it would get five stars. I also feel as if this service should be free instead of $15 a month (3 phones) family plan.

this app is driving me crazy. It blocks calls from my contacts. I don't know why it does this because I never told it to. but it's annoying as hell because people are trying to call me that are in my contacts and they get a busy signal and then they keep calling back and then eventually get my voicemail which the visual voicemail app doesn't work either. I had to uninstall the app which is what im going to do with this one.

Does Exactly What it's Supposed to do! Have been using this app for 3 months and it works very well. It has blocked 98% of telemarketers calls and other suspicious incoming, such as private callers. You can see all calls in the app call log. You can allow certain types of calls to get through (e.g. private calls) in the settings or send them directly to voice mail. It's very easy to understand and easy to use. It came with my service but I would pay the $3 monthly fee because it works

This is a great and fantastic app. It does what it's supposed to do the only reason it did not get a five star review. Is because it randomly Block's numbers out of my contact list like a friend of mine that number has been in my phone for years and it blocks my landlord's phone number that has been in my phone for 2 years if we can get this issue fixed I will raise to a 5-star review. I would love a feedback from admin about this issue.

This use to be a decent app but ever since the recent update it has not been working properly. It freezes up, it doesn't respond when I try to open the app. I block numbers and they still come through. It doesn't give me any information on calls received. I hope this gets resolved soon otherwise I would have to uninstall this app, very disappointed!

I get 10 or more robo calls/soliciation calls/advertising calls/political calls/etc. Calls everyday. They drive me crazy!!! This app has helped immensely. I now only get calls that are in my contact list. You can still view your call log and view your calls and add them to your blocked list or if its a number you recognize, you can unblock it and add it to your allowed call list. Sa few calls d do get through but it is easy to add them to your blocked list. It does an amaxing job! I love it!!!

Doesn't really block the calls I'd like to block. The calls that I try to add to my blocked calls list manually don't allow me to, there's just a + to the list, search, but no way to actually add it manually. When I tried blocking from just my call list on the app that didn't work either. Yes, I paid for the full block service so I don't understand why I had to pay extra for an app that doesn't work as well as it claims. Getting rid of this soon.

It catches up 90% of these fools I think. It really does work. Just alot of work to add the #'s in but I really got the benefits for not having to deal with so many calls. I just wish it didn't cost so much to stop folks you never ask to call you. This is crazy. But even doe it cost way too much..I rather not keep getting these calls either. So far this one ranks high in my book but due to the cost I will be looking for a better one at a cheaper price for show. But I definitely give this one 2👍

The app occasionally blocks spammy calls but most get through. I disabled it after it blocked a call from a friend with whom I talk weekly and whose name&number are in Contacts. Then this crappy app demanded money to let calls through. Ineffective and extortionist. Will never use again. Not sure if it's identical to T-Mobile version but certainly the same source.

Seems it does a pretty good job of screening and handling most calls, but the reverse number look up is non existent as far as I can figure. All I can see is the number that called, but no further information. That's something that your likely getting anyway from even the dumbest smart phones and no service carriers such as this one, who whacks you for an additional $2 bucks a month to have this logo take up more space on your phone.

Horrible! Search feature⬇ It now blocks numbers from my address book. When it managea to accurately block 1 call, it displays that it's managed 5 calls. Further, in all its "sophistication", it allows more uwanted sales calls than I care to think about. The older version stands head and shoulders above this heap of trash. They force the 1 star to get a review. The looks good, but can't rise to the level of HORRIBLE!!!!! Absolute zero stars. Are y'all going to fix this; or what?

No service. Does not 'Authenticate'. No fixing by Metro. Removed the good ID app I'd replaced it with - and my history. A total loss. Would now rate it a Zero. ! This App keeps reinstalling ITSELF against my wishes! And it rwfuses to 'authenticate' and work. I have tried repeatedly to delete it but always returns - like a BAD PENNY. Metro Service seems to have no control of this App at all. As it uninstalls the new one I chose. Metro PCS ~ fix this now. I've had enough! I rate this Zero.

I want the other ID version back! This app takes WAY too long to open up! After the installation/change I all of a sudden had contacts blocked that I NEVER would have wanted blocked!! Hate it!!! I'm going to contact Metro to deactivate my ID extension and save $2!! Also, since the change my phone is slower and the battery drains faster!!

I like that the scammers don't actually ring, but they have a call log, on the ID app, and still shows me who and when. Also, if they left a message. Don't see why it isn't included in the price. Extra $2mo, is a bit steep, for automatically doing what I can do manually on while in my call logs.
