Placed an order for a grocery item on express deliver. Waited a day before calling them. The Rep told me the item would be delivered in a few hours. Called again and was told the order was shifted to the next day. Called them again on the second day and they told me that the order was cancelled. They gave no prior notification at all and wasted two days. There's no point in placing an order if they'll be out of stock the next day. This app and service was utter trash and would not recommend it.
Their billing system is very tricky and confusing. There is always difference in total amount what you book and what they invoice you. Also like Carrefour they don't have details of items in the order. Be vigilant. I've already quit from today onwards after catching / informing them several times. But no avail.
The worst store ever. I ordered groceries 2 days ago and still haven't received them. Their customer service is very poor .They just keep confirming your order or provide with alternative number. I have recharged 2 times to call them up. You cannot contact the delivery man.
There are so many bugs in the software. If you pay thru Credit Card the app doesn't acknowledge & one has to provide evidence of payment before the order is confirmed. App is not connected to store inventory & it accepts order of out of stock items as well. I have faced these difficulties many times and made complaint but of no consequence. Metro doesn't care about customers.
I usually order meat from Metro. This time also, I ordered the same. Price was low as there was promotion, but next day, I received the call from store that they cannot deliver it as price is very low. I said ok, please send me product with new/ actual price. She replied that they cannot deliver it today. When I tried to call the store delivery supervisor, he never attended the call (tried multiple times for 3 hours). I think that there is no customer service in Metro. Avoid online shopping.
First the order was confirmed. Then message was sent of 2 missing items with out mentioning those ones. When order delivered, one more item mentioned in the bill wasn't there, though delivery man adjusted the bill manually. Disappointing.
😂 Best experience ever! Ordered a sea food item and chose express delivery at 10AM. However 6-9pm delivery slot was mentioned on 25th Dec. Not so fast but seems fine. Around 8pm, when I tracked the order, it gave me a new delivery slot of 12-3pm on the next day. It was ludicrously express service. The real fun part was yet to discover. I never received any item for this order and to my surprise I got a 'thank you' email, saying the food is delivered and the order is completed. Quite yummy 😋
Its my first ever online experience with metro its very bad firstly i pay payment all my desire thing and order placed but their system said order not placed and their helpline num is alsa not respond after that i email them them again and again.... At last they deliver my parcel late night and things are not complete which I order... Not good experience
Pathetic app and services, products are in stock on their app and site but they cancel the order without notifying with the reason "out of stock" while the product still shows as available. Happened continuously thrice. Fed up and uninstalling it
Uninstalling as i had the worst experience with this app. They change the date of delivery without even intimating the buyer and even then do not deliver. When called again and again, their representatives say that we have stock issues. Pathetic service.
Very disappointed. Very bad experience. Orders are cancelled without giving any reason. Wastage of time in choosing items and ordering.
Alhamdo Lillaah, I've had good experience& felt like rating 5 star, but 2 items missed from order no amendment intimation at all! This order's leafy fresh corriander and fresh mint were the best ever from Metro online. Some local brand's still not found in groceries,cooking essentials, dish washing &other household etc.This is long pending issue!!!
They will rarely deliver complete order. Further, last time, the delivery boy took extra money and never returned despite multiple complaints. Not going to order from Metro Pakistan anymore.

App not good from others shopping apps difficult for customers not friendly. First time use & item wrong sent very bad. And nor a complaint option for replacement.
Don't buy anything from them. They always make changes to your order after confirmation. I have two times worst experience with Metro.
It is good service but there are many items that show in card and available for oder even at the time of confirmation but later the delivery person call and excused that such items are not available Need to improve it
Worst customer service. They charged me for the expensive product of the main brand and sent the cheaper sub brand in delivery. Replied after three days so that refund can not be initiated. The worst online experience ever
Metro is a super departmental store in Lahore. It's offering competitive rates on all consumable items which is very appreciative. Online orders are complyed with good and quality items. It's credibility is exceptional. Please carry on with the traditional and qualitative sale.
Dumb app I have place an order and stuck in sign up. When I tried to sign up nothing comes up every time an error occur. Kindly update the app so I can sign up and place something
Very good purchase experience. The searching of required items was easy, ordered items delivered on time. Fully satisfied with the purchase.
Good quality merchandise. Rates and quality is good. They have improved delivery system. No problems. Meat quality is also good.
It was a very good experience using the app as well as shopping online from metro. The customer service is exceptionally good. I was constantly informed about unavailable items and given the option to replace it remove those items from the order. Delivery was done excellently. The delivery person did not rush and went through the whole bill with me to account for every last item. I will be a regular customer Insha'Allah.
Update: The developer responded that the app is slow sometimes but it loads on every click. And they want me to report it on their phone number! Like what are people doing writing reviews here! Fix your app! The app is too slow. It goes to loading Everytime you click somewhere, be it the search icon, click on item etc. Need to get it fixed before it can be used effectively.
Can't even create an account. Asks to verify account by sending OTP to my phone number, but doesn't send any OTP even after trying to resend code for the 10th time. Thank you Metro and BlueEX for such an amazing app that doesn't even work! Airlift it is then.
It has been quite a while using this app, and everytime my experience with them goes worse to worst. I finally have decided to stop ordering from metro, there are better and more competitive apps available. Interface of app, availability of products, delay in delivery is normal for them. E commerce is way different than their understanding.
